First class employees and first class establishment. I utilize computers at hotel as well as rooms and the employees always are friendly and professional everytime ive come to the hyatt. Be nice to the staff because they will always show the utmost professionalism right off the bat.

Stayed here for five days with the wife, two kids, and two dogs. The hotel staff were great, accommodating our needs during our stay.
If something needed correcting, the staff were very quick to fix any issues.
Breakfast was pretty good.

Nearby activities: Tons of shopping, restaurants, activities
Walkability: I drove being from out of town, however everywhere the eye could see and there was lots of things to do and see
.. I will use that hotel again it's right in the heart of all the action!

Almost perfect. The room was well laid out, a sort of mini-suite. Bed was very comfortable. Everything in working order. Breakfast was very good. However, the shower head was too tall for anyone much under six foot tall to reach, the AC was noisy and there was no lotion.

The room was great. The breakfast was more than expected (Thank you to the kitchen crew for keeping everything well stocked.)
I would like to specifically thank Jersey (I hope I have the spelling correct.) I was in town for my brother's wedding and a few weeks before our stay my grandpa passed and I needed to extend our stay. It was Hall of Fame week so nothing was available when I booked. The day after checking in Jersey worked with us and we were able to extend our stay and do so at a reasonable price even with the Hall of Fame week going on.
I would also like to specifically thank Diana (she was the night shift.) Due to the time of the funeral we needed a late checkout. Diana was able to get us a reasonable checkout time so we didn't have to rush or cut the memorial short.
A choose hotels based on two things. Cleanliness of facilities and friendliness of staff. The Hyatt provided both and because of people like Jersey and Diana, I am very likely to choose Hyatt again.

My nine month old & I stayed here while my husband worked throughout the week. The staff was so accommodating to my son and I! They drove us in the shuttle to the park every morning & overall have just been so gracious with a baby making a mess everywhere. Also the breakfast is amazing!!
The managers, front desk staff, & cleaning crew have been so kind! We loved our stay & will definitely be back when we return to canton! Thanks Hyatt Place for a great stay!! ?

Staff were extremely friendly and hospitable, hotel was clean and well managed. The surrounding area is really busy, and lots of things are in walking distance. Driving wise stores, movies, restaurants, and other entertainment is less than 10 mins away. Stephanie, Natalie, Anthony, and Jersey all provided superb customer service!

I've kind of forgotten how great a lot of Hyatt properties are since I've used only Hilton lately, but I'm working on making the switch back. This property appears to be a newer property and is in good condition. I would recommend.

Stayed at the hotel on June 28 till june 30 was nice the breakfast was good but the pool area smelled strong of chlorine looked dirty then when I checked out I told them I was using another card to pay for my rooms and was told ok that my other card will get refunded in 24-48 hours nothing I called back and then was told 3-5 days still nothing very unprofessional. I'm just updated my review cause today is July 10th and I still haven't got my refund of almost 1,200 dollars I wouldn't. recommend this hotel to anyone

We went down to the pool, hot tub was hot but when we turned the jets on, they didn’t work how jets are supposed to… bathing suits stuck to the hot tub due to the seats. We bought 2 cookies and they handed us FREEZING COLD cookies that were hard and cold. washer and dryer are charged 2 dollars and 50 cents for washing and drying each. Along with having to go up to the front desk to buy detergent to wash the clothes. A salad and cookies were 13 dollars. no microwaves in room. Fridge in the room we got doesn’t even get cold. Soap in bathrooms are horrible. The soap is rough and doesn’t smell good AT ALL. they charge 5 dollars for a small thing of water. The pull out coach was disgusting. It had cramps and other stuff all over it. It also hangs far out from the coach so you can’t put your pillows under your head. The room also only supplies you one thin tiny blanket for your room. There also isn’t any paper in your room mentioning things about the hotel. Cups we have in our room is dirty and not cleaned. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

We booked a room with a king size bed and when we got there our room had two queens. When we went back to the desk we were told they had oversold the king rooms (though we'd booked through their website instead of third party) so they'd upgraded us to two queens. We were not notified of this switch at any point, not even while checking in. Then we discovered the bathroom had not been cleaned and there was hair and visible soap scum on the shower wall, as well as a dirty mirror. This is not three star quality.
