“Rooms were extremely clean. We were greeted by a very kind person, and they made sure we had everything we needed. My daughter and I got in the pool, and it was out of towels. But, the front desk worker was more than happy to refill them. They even turned the pool temperature up just a bit when my daughter and I said it was cold. Very helpful all around. Rooms are accommodating with internet TV, which I enjoy so my family can watch our own Netflix from a far. Fully packed snacks, frozen dinners, and drinks at the front desk! We've stayed here many, many times, traveling back and forth. Great place!Rooms: Accommodating to all needs and very clean. Very comfortable beds!Safety: Off the main highway, it feels like a very safe location.Food & drinks: They offer food and drinks at the front desk.”

“Had a wonderful stay over spring break with my family here! Exceptionally friendly staff, very clean rooms, pool area was very clean and well maintained. Wonderful complimentary breakfast, great staff working hard to keep the coffee and food fresh! Will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Canton. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Also.. an absolutely perfect location! Right off the highway, lots of restaurants close by, shopping if you’d like.Thank you for such a wonderful stay away from home!”

“The Bertram Inn is a beautiful historic location with lots of vintage charm! I stayed here 2 nights for a wedding and was blown away by the level of service from all of the staff, from the concierge to the caterers/bartenders to the housekeeping and everything else. Bertram staff absolutely went above and beyond to accommodate all of us.The rooms themselves are pretty dated, everything is in working order: the beds are soft, the water gets hot quick, and there was a nice little fridge and microwave and coffee maker so the amenities were fine. Poorly lit however, not many outlets to charge devices, and using a physical key often means having to jimmy the door in a particular way to get it to open.The Bertram is an incredible value for the service and location. Great prices and accommodating staff. But if you're looking for modern amenities and creature comforts, this wouldn't be at the top of the list.”

“Clean hotel with friendly staff and a spacious room with a sofa bed. The breakfast included a variety of hot and cold options and the western omelette and sausage were better than any similar included hotel breakfast. My only issue was that the pillows were lumpy.Nearby activities: It’s less than from the Pro Football Hall of Fame and there are several restaurants nearby.”

“Stayed here one night with my boyfriend and we liked it everything was clean staff at the front desk was nice and helpful we was on the 2th floor and the people in their room up top of us was loud but after a while they was quite id stay again tho lolRooms: Clean and beds was conformable”

“Still under construction changing over to Wingate. I wasn't made aware hot tub was not usable and pool water was way too cold. Room repairs were still ongoing. Sure after construction complete hot tub up and running I'll return and be able to change to a 5 star”
