We love the carpet and the installation looks great. The only issue we have is our pocket door doesn't close like it should and had, and they wouldn't figure out a fix. Said to get a carpenter. Thus just the 4 star, otherwise it would have been 5.

It was the best experience we had with having our laminent flooring installed. The first tech came out and measured the area. Made sure of what we would need. The second tech came out and installed the floor. We liked it so much we added on to the entry way and made it the same to the front door..They again had to measure and do the install..The floors turned out excellent.. I would definitely recomment Hosner Carpet for all of our flooring needs.

The process from start to finish was great! Jim, the salesperson, was kind and patient as he guided me through choosing what was right for me. The install teams for my kitchen and baths and also the carpet were awesome! Friendly and professional and hard working, I couldn’t ask for more!

The old guy that measured the room for the carpet was grumpy and was ready to argue. He needs to retire. Otherwise, everything else was very good. Jim Fire did a great job and the installers were excellent. Carpet is great quality. Price was not bad for quality.
