They took care of my sweet Bernese Mountain Dog like she was their own. The staff is friendly and the environment is very comfortable. The bevi drink machine in the waiting room is wonderful when waiting for my fur baby.

Have had great experiences with the vets at this location. Both of our dogs don’t mind going there. They worked quickly with our little Jack Russell mix since he was having health issues. They worked with us quickly and found out it was an autoimmune issue.They recently renovated and I briefly stopped by to pick up a prescription and it looks great. Very spacious now. They also respond quickly. Love that they’re right up the street. Thank you!

I found this place after a horrible experience at another location leading me to want my baby to have a very thorough checkup. What I found was a place that loves my babies as much as I do. It just feels right from the moment you walk in the place. They take time and actually LISTEN to what you say. They are really good with your baby/ babies. The prices are beyond reasonable, before they do anything they go over all options with you and explain everything to you, then you decide together.Today I even got an email telling me they have a point reward system to use for every dollar you spend, they will give back services to you !. Unheard of to me by any other places!!!I highly recommend the Hometown Vet.

My daughter's cat was in an emergency state, they took him in right away and did everything they could to help him. He was in very bad shape and after a few days he was back to his normal self. The staff is so compassionate, Dr. Pugh is amazing, I can't thank them enough! I had a previous veterinarian for my other animals but after the experience we had, I will never go anywhere but here.

Needed an appt on a Friday for my cat, Gracie Mae. I called 5 vets & no one was able to get Gracie in but 2 of the vets put her on a cancellation list for that day. I received a call back from Hometown Vet on Middlebranch & they had an afternoon cancellation. Amen! I took her & saw Mike Estock, DVM & his vet assistant Aimee! They were wonderful, caring & very helpful❣️They gave Gracie loving care & she liked them also! I had a bad experience about 4 yrs ago with another veterinarian there and I was hesitant to go there again! My cat Felix, who is no longer with us I had had 4 visits within a 3-4 week time and nothing was ever done to help Felix. I took him back to my regular Veterinarian @ West Main vet in Louisville and he had one of the largest tumors they had ever seen in a cat when they did exploratory surgery. The tumor was attached to many organs & they could not save my Felix. One of the Best cats I ever had (I even potty trained him) and I was devastated to lose him…my ❤️ still breaks when I look @ all my pictures of him, no cat will ever replace Felix!! I ❤️ Gracie Mae but he was once in a lifetime❣️?? I will return to Hometown Vet if Gracie Mae can be seen by Dr Estock.

I love this veterinary practice. They always see you as soon as possible, they really listen to you, they take your concerns seriously, and they give your dog a through exam. They also never try to upsell you, or do unnecessary things. All 3 vets are excellent, and their staff is friendly., I highly recommend them.

Love and care of your animals are their upmost priority. The staff is phenomenal. My only issue are the rising prices which unfortunately is unavoidable with the new addition.

Dr. Pugh, Dr. Ditto and their staff take Excellent care of my furbabies. Wait room is large enough that our dogs territory is not compromised making it easier on them and me controlling them. Wait time has never been long in the office or on the phone. They truly treat my furbabies and me with care and respect.

Hometown vet lives up to its name as being a friendly, experienced and calm place for vets and owners.My dog wags her tail when pulling into the parking lot and runs in eagerly to see what other dogs might be there—dogs know this is a safe place.The staff is on point with bookings, check ins and follow up communication.The veterinarians are knowledgeable and caring and give options per care.My dog has had wellness exams, shots, lime prevention care.I am excited about the new addition knowing that Hometown expansion means more services with the same great team.
