Clean hotel with friendly staff and a spacious room with a sofa bed. The breakfast included a variety of hot and cold options and the western omelette and sausage were better than any similar included hotel breakfast. My only issue was that the pillows were lumpy.Nearby activities: It’s less than from the Pro Football Hall of Fame and there are several restaurants nearby.

Nice and Clean! BUT THE BEDS ARE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! I DIDNT SLEEP MUCH AT ALL! WOKE UP VERY SORE! My legs and back is killing me!!! MY BODY FELT LIKE I SLEPT ON THE FLOOR! I chose this hotel because it had the biggest 2 queen bed suite rooms! It was perfect.. But I only wish I slept better! ?

Traded 172,000 honors points and stayed in room 300. Sewer gas smell in bathroom due to leaking wax seal of toilet, tub faucet diverter only half-worked causing poor shower pressure, dish network not working when I checked in. Tech had to come reboot the system to make it work. I wondered if they gave me the room that was a lemon because I paid with points. No special treatment for being a 'diamond' member of Hilton Honors. That's for sure!

We toured Ohio and stayed in Hampton's the whole time after having a very bad experience at a Travel Lodge. In every instance, they all scored four stars in my books. Not perfect (beds are a bit firm, showers are OK but not great) but the service is always friendly and our stays were very pleasant.This Hampton deserves a 4.5 star - the location is great (Hall of Fame is a few minutes away), the staff was very friendly and the kicker was the family of cats who have found a home behind the hotel - very cute and friendly!

They saved us from the hotel from hell. The Wingate / Wyndham Ramada. We had two different rooms due to us switching hotels quickly and they were mostly booked. But both hampton rooms were large, clean, and modern. Pool was clean and amazing, hot tub was hot and functional (like they should be, don't know why so many hotels have broken hot tubs). The laundry room worked out great. Breakfast was outstanding. and the staff were kind and helpful. Honestly, they turned our nightmare trip for the family into a saved situation. If we come to Canton, that's where we're going.

You cannot count on them meeting their reservation promises. They will tell you whatever they think you want to hear but not deliver. They also overcharged on the price quoted. Find a credible property!

A bit dated, the carpet was a bit loose in many spots. The breakfast was disgusting in all ways possible. I will most likely change to a different location when I come back in the next few weeks.

If you are in need of a hotel near the Canton, Ohio area, this hotel is perfect. The beds are extremely comfortable to the point where I couldn't get out of them, shower has great pressure, the breakfast is decent, staff is extremely nice. The only complaint I have is that the hot tub isn't hot enough, it is uncomfortably warm.

I booked my reservation for 2 nights months ago. Not thinking I didn’t cancel the first nights stay because the schedule allowed for us to drive up the morning of 4/1. When we got there the hotel cancelled my entire stay instead of giving me the option of paying for both nights and giving us a place to stay 4/1. Instead they turned us away. Initially, the hotel employee, Melody, lied and said that I only booked 1 nights stay and charged me one night stay. This is exactly why I switched years ago to Marriott Bonvoy and I am now a Titanium Elite Member with them. Hindsight that was a very smart decision.

Very disappointing for a Hilton Hampton. Have stayed in many.The room was very dark, one lamp on one side of king bed. One on desk. The curtains have to be figured out, there is a third one on the inside to close for privacy. Was not a fan of touching all the curtains to get there. They are old and not clean.The coffee pot in the bathroom was weird. And no hooks anywhere to hang a towel or robe or clothes. Just the closet.There was a hole in the bathroom wall where I assume there was a hook and a broken part of a hook on the bathroom door.Breakfast was OK. Cereal was good. Eggs and such were lukewarm at best and the pastry were stale.Will not be staying at this Hampton again.
