They butchered my hair. It was beautiful. I asked for 6 inches off and long layers. I have uneven hair and all different lengths of layers. Very unhappy. Lady said she cut hair 30 years. Never again. I’ll pay the extra at a high end salon where I know I’m not gonna look like a kid was cutting a Barbie’s hair!! Very upset

Terrible atmosphere. They acted like they were annoyed I came in. Person cutting my hair was aggressively throwing her combs into the bin. Was very awkward. I don't know what I walked into, but I won't be returning. I just don't understand why you would subject a first time customer to that kind of attitude. Before I could even say hello. There was still 1.5 hours left before closing time. I graciously tipped which I shouldn't have. I did out of respect.

12/28/2023I experienced an unusually long wait time walking into Great Clips. When I walked into the salon, I waited for well over 20 minutes before two customers who walked into the shop afterwards were serviced before I was. It looked like I was the next person in line at the shop, before two customers came in afterwards to check in online.When I realized 10 minutes later that there was a waitlist and my brother was the next customer in line on the screen, the next available salonist named Tam had THEN took a 10 minute break - having us wait even longer.At that point, I was uncomfortable and had another salonist cut my brother's hair. She did a great job, however, what bothered me was when she askedme "are you ready?", after being the longest waiting customers left in the salon, having nearly 7 people go before us for a 45 minute wait. It felt like gaslighting.There was no consideration or regard for our time and no explanation or apology for the wait. It felt that my time and business were taken for granted and I overall left feeling angry and disrespected. I did not complain in person because I was in shock but then after reflecting I realized I needed to complain.The last time I was in to get my hair straightened by Tam, she had left halfway through styling my hair to pick up her kid, without any explanation or apology . She simply handed me over to the next available salonist when I went to the restroom, cut another customer's hair when I came out the restroom, and then left the shop without goodbye. I was only informed about Tam's situation when she was casually talking about it to the customer whose hair she decided to cut instead of mine and through the salonist who took on the job to style my hair.It seemed as if everyone else serviced yesterday was treated with respect, good conversation, an explanation for the wait time, and general friendliness. I'm unsure why I was not treated with the same mutual respect or regard , especially since I'm proven to be a consistent and friendly customer. It felt like a form of bullying.I did not tip, because my overall experience was horrendous for an $18 buzz cut. My intuition told me to leave after 20 minutes in, but I regretfully stayed for the sake of my brother. A part of me want to give Great Clips at this location another chance to redeem itself, but I genuinely feel like I no longer want to waste our valuable time on people who seem to overall not care unless it's related to profit or for some unknown reason. I came in hoping to get a great haircut. I've been here before my son got his hair cut here and it was great. I got my hair cut here a year ago and it was great. I showed the girl, Kaitlyn was her name, a picture of what I wanted. What she gave me was nothing like what the picture showed. I know there are other stylist there that know what they're doing,but this girl really didn't seem to know what she was doing. I'm not happy and she knew I wasn't.

I've been going to this location for over ten years. I've always had quality, professional and friendly service. My recent experience left me dissatisfied in the fact that the price for a full standard men's haircut that was once $8 when I first started going, has now gone up to $18, and a trim to back and sides was once $4 is now $12. The stylist asked if I wanted the top trimmed after having cut and faded the sides and back and I said no. Yet I was still charged $18 for a full cut. With the price increase, I can only afford to get a cut once a month or month and a half and there are never any discounts or online coupons for a basic men's haircut. Sadly, I'm considering going to a local barber.Is there anything that you can offer to retain this loyal customer?
