Love the workers but unfortunately do not like the best bins. Go back to normal. Goodwill gets these clothes for free. No need to spend extra to get first dibs. Goodwill is going downhill, trying to make more money, instead of valuing customers.

Used to come here all the time. Staff is great but this whole new VIP bin thing is garbage and until it’s gone, I won’t be back. I used to come all the way from Cleveland too. This is a last chance place before things get throw away and yet you make a vip area. What a joke. Total greed.

Nice merchandise for little money. There are lots of college students who shop there for clothes since the mall stores are very expensive
