Curbside pickup at this store is VERY rude. I called because my grand-daughter had placed an order for delivery, but her receipt stated "curbside pickup", which confused her. The person who took the call in curbside-pickup was extremely rude and hung up on me, causing me to call the Store manager and file a compliant.

I went today just for pumpkin drop cookies...my favorite...love this store...always clean and the staff go out they way...was looking for ham glaze and the meat lady helped me...

I haven't left my house all day. but I like Giant Eagle.great meat and seafood. glad I have location and timeline on. now gonna check it and see how my phone went to Giant eagle 1 hour ago. My roommate had my car but not my phone.

bakery is awful ordered cake on 9th of sept to be done on the 19th of sept at 10am went to get cake and cake was never made this place is a joke never order a cake from there again.

This deli is the best! Pasta supreme salad is my favorite ever. I probably eat it twice a week minimum. I love the fresh produce. Strawberries are always fresh. New organic foods are nice to see, will be trying those. The store is clean and organized and is one of the fewest stores that I've ever felt moves quickly with long lines. It is not a hassle when they're busy. Customer service can be a wait but completely understandable with only one person behind the counter. Favorite location.

Terrible produce handling in this location. Can't believe the condition items are in, mold, black edged damaged leaf lettuce, limp green beans, bruised apples. And now we are being forced to buy GE brand items, while other brands are marked up in price. The store brand products are not very good. Popular items are consistently out of stock. 2 of the "security" guards do nothing but talk on their cell phones or play games on their phones, paying no attention to what is going on around them. The meat cutting here is also bad. Pork chops are cut so unevenly it's difficult to cook them, and thick and thin are packaged together. Bone and fat is left on chicken breasts that should be boneless. The overall cleanliness of the store is poor. Instead of cleaning, they rearrange all of the products, making it difficult to find stuff. Something is very wrong at this location.

Usually customer service oriented but today long lines at the checkout. 3 full service checkouts open and 6 self service checkouts open. Poor business model to have the shoppers do the service that is expected from a "full service" grocery store.....

I'm glad that Giant Eagle is finally giving "perks" for other items you buy from them. I've been able to save more money on gas, because now I get "perks" when I fuel up.

The one and only reason I give this pharmacy 5 stars is because of one woman. Her name is Jolene! I believe I spelled her name right. The staff there some of the rudest most inconsiderate people I've ever came into contact with. Not only do they have poor customer service, their people skills are absolutely terrible! I can't think of a word bad enough to describe these people without swearing. If not for Jolene this review would be -5 stars. They treat me sub-par due to the medication I am perscribed. Jolene always helps the best she can (over the phone or in person). She always has a smile on her face and even goes as far as to make small talk. What a wonderful lady. I think the rest of their team should take notes from her. Do they understand that without customers they wouldn't have a job? Wow! Thank you Jolene, most of your co-workers should literally be fired. They have no business being in contact with people.

The 'best of the BEST' of the Giant Eagle locations in Stark County. This open and airy store has the largest in-store deli in the immediate area. The produce is NEVER questioned (in my opinion) and the vast variety is evident as you take a walk through the store.

Produce is ok. Meats are good. Overall a decent place to shop.
