The last time my daughter and I went there, the service was awful. It used to be a great place to go, but since they put the overprized bar in, it seems the lady that works there is more interested in what is going on with the bar than with the customers. We ended up waiting for over 30 minutes. Will not go there again. Would not recommend.

The staff here are phenomenal! My daughter was invited for a friend's party and we both have celiac disease. There is a boba bar inside and I called ahead to find out if we could order safely. The employee called their supplier and called me back confirming the safety, we had 3 flavors and all were fantastic. It was very nice to go out and be able to order off an entire menu with no concern for allergens. The nails were great, just a simple polish, but well done by a kind stylist who was great with kids. The price was lower (and for better service) than I've paid in other salons as well.

Wasn’t welcoming and seems like they couldn't assist me because, I didn’t have no appointment. There wasn’t no assistance on assigning one for another day or nothing. Just didn’t care to give me service. Don’t even waste your time or money.

The best nail experience ever! This was my first time at this nail salon and they have definitely set the standard. The owners are friendly, compassionate, genuine, and good at what they do! The owner knew the name of every returning customer that came in. Not only did they impress me with how they carry themselves but they did an amazing job on mine and my friends nails! Their facility is clean, warm, welcoming , and their services are not overpriced which is hard to find today! They also have a BOBA shop inside! They were SO delicious!! We had to take some home for my family! We had to make an appointment to return in two weeks. We HIGHLY recommend Finest Nails! Can’t wait to return for some more Boba and for our next appointment!!

I specifically called this location and asked about purchasing a gift card. I stated I was out of state and was purchasing for my godmother there in Ohio. I made sure to get understanding that if I sent her a copy that she could use the gift card. I was told yes as it has a receipt number and they have record of it. Well that was all a lie!!! I ask for refund since they made her pay. The man says no. Horrible customer service!!! I would of never purchased it.

The sign on the door had 'walk-ins' lined out. They were not opened at the posted time. I called to set up an appointment that I needed for that day. The returned calls were hours too late. I had already been seen at another salon. Too bad because the location was perfect, being directly across the street from my hotel.

I see the poor reviews- I didn't read them but I wanted to get my two cents in... I have been in to see Dan many times. He is meticulous; the BEST manicure I have ever received, every single time. He's amazing. I've gotten great pedis too. My mom has gone to Dan for years and is always thrilled. We both get shellac French manicures... seriously they are always flawless. He's attention to detail is above and beyond. Call and make an appointment with him. You won't go anywhere else.
