3 cheers for Bill! While printing a post card for a client, Bill was more than helpful making sure everything printed as needed. When some adjustments needed to be made he was quick to provide a solution, sent me the proofs, and double checked the sizing to ensure it was all correct. There’s truly no better customer service out there. If I could give him 1,000 starts I would!

FedEx print shop and shipping. Convenient and easy to get in and out. They will do a good job and warn call and warn you if an order may not look right to correct it if for example you didn't have enough resolution in a print job.

I love going to this Fedex. Great customer service! They are totally helpful and kind to me over the years. Whether it was for me or work related, they always take care of me. They make my transactions so easy ... they go above, and beyond. Kudos to your team...I appreciate your service.

Went to get a copy of an email off my phone and I waited to the last minute so it was my fault that a $0.28 print job cost me another $2.50 surcharge because that was too cheap. But I saw a pack of Post-it notes and they were only $6.99 and loved the colors so I thought why not. But then when I got to my car I started thinking that price was a little too high. Upon looking at my receipt I noticed she charged me $11.99. So I went back in and double checked the price, def $6.99. Went to counter to tell her. Did I get I am sorry or let me check that and fix that for you. Nope just a give me a second to get that returned for you. No sorry or nothing. Someone stocked their shelves incorrectly and you couldn't even be bothered to apologize. She took them back out to the shelf when I was walking out and simply placed them back where I got them. But I bet after I left they fixed it. Because they were switched with the product next to them. My mistake for waiting until the last minute to do something but this is why I always use UPS and will now never use Fed Ex again. Last minute or not. Terrible customer service!

Got two products delivered at a wrong address. It's a good thing my neighbor was nice enough to let me know about them. Deliveries had no picture proof or signature request.

The worst shipping company ever they almost killed my dogs at Christmas and now I have to pay someone to watch the house when someone sends something fedex and now my package is two days late I can only talk to a computer

It wasn't terrible I already have social anxiety and I had my kid with me so it was heightened and my dog was waiting in my car so I was trying to make it quick. Honestly the lady that was helping the person in front of me was really nice but after standing there for a little over 5 mins a younger lady walks up to the empty register and called me up now I'm really nice and try to just get social interactions over with. Well this girl didn't even say "hi" or "how are you" or "what can I do to help you" all she said was "I can help next", so I proceeded to tell her I needed to ship my phones and my one phone didn't erase at the store so I had to redo it and I could tell she was getting irritated so after like another 5 mins or so my phone finally finished and she took them and said "ok you're good to go" couldn't even said "have a nice day" after I did so I left feeling crappy for doing nothing wrong. Honestly wish she wouldn't have even taken me I was happy just talking with my kid having her read me the get better cards they had. Sorry it's so long.
