FedEx is ABSOLUTELY LAZY! NOONE EVER KNOCKS OR RINGS THE BELL! They just leave a note saying that I missed them. Which is an absolute LIE! I HAVE A DOG and He didn't even Bark!!! I have to rely on FedEx for my Cancer medication,which is time sensitive! What a Joke of a Company to make me wait ALL DAY! They should have turned the driver back around as I contacted them almost immediately after they left the note!

If I could give zero stars I would, FedEx sucks. I ordered a 400$ phone through Best buy and they told me it shipped FedEx. I didn't want it shipped with them for a reason but they wouldn't allow it to be shipped to the store.
Well,lemme tell you I was up all day looking for this package and when they said it was delivered I went out to check where I asked it to be left and it wasn't there.I looked all over the outside for it.When I finally seen the picture they had left it outside my neighbors garage across the street in plain view that anyone could have taken it. They do not check addresses. My address is on my mailbox out in the front of my yard and in big numbers on the front of my house.I was pissed cuz it was a $400 phone and winter and snowing. Do better FedEx.

Very upset with how they handled my package. I honestly the only reason I put one star is just so I can leave my review. I had an estimated delivery date which changed on the date that it was supposed to be delivered. I called them to ask if I could just come pick it up the guy that I spoke with assured me that my package would be delivered at 9 a.m. the next day.
I needed my package by 10:00 a.m. on that day for my job I spoke to a woman that morning who said I could come pick up my package but when I got there they are already loaded it up on the delivery truck. Now I'm still waiting on my package my client is very upset and I don't get paid for the day. Hopefully my distributor stops using FedEx because they don't have it together.

Are are not able to follow simple deliver instructions leading to countless missed deliveries and stolen package. 1800 number is a joke and no help at all and will tell you they aren’t trained on specific things needed to solve your problem only to email someone because your location doesn’t have a direct phone number. My kids bday present is lost on the universe now. Do better fedex

Why do the drivers have a hard time delivering packages to the correct address? Do they not have a device that tells them, do they look at the address on the house before leaving packages at empty abandoned places?? If i could give negative stars I would. I hate FedEx. This is not the first time, either. Even after filing a claim, they close it out right away and nothing is done, EVER!!!!

Horrible delivery service. Must be one of the worst Fedex hubs in the US. Packages almost never delivered on the scheduled date. Even Next Day packages are consistently late. Sometimes showing out for delivery every day for a week or more. Have to call FedEx an be stuck on hold forever just to get my packages moving.

Absolute worst drivers out of all other shipping companies in the area. We’ve verified multiple times that the address listed is correct, but they still continue to deliver our packages to the neighbors who steal them. When we call customer service, they just lie and tell us the address wasn't entered correctly and to call the seller so that they can try to push the problem off to someone else. If you are given options to choose who is shipping your package, i would recommend that you never choose fedex.

Great service, always friendly and greeting their customers as they walk in the Door! One thing I miss is the Tree they had up in the Lobby for different themes and they was told to take it down! I said that’s ridiculous and why a tree would bother or offend anyone? Many customers want the tree back ! It brighten the store, up…Valentine,st Patrick, Veteran, 4th of July, Christmas! Someone was very creative and enjoyed the smiles on Customers faces! I liked taking pictures of the different tree decorated! Give us one good reason why they had to stop, decorating the tree with different themes!!
