I would give negative stars if i could. This is the 2nd time in two weeks that i have been waiting for $8,000 worth of equipment that i have to wait and sign for. They give me a time frame of 9-1 and then its "End Of Day" this is now the end of the 2nd day and i have NO clue where all my equipment is. This is absolutely the worst delivery service i have ever experienced.

I have a package in the Fed-Ex system somewhere. It was shipped from a company in Macedonia, Ohio last Thursday. It’s been out for delivery 3 different days and returned to Canton twice and was mis-delivered on Monday.
Update on yesterday’s post. This is a real shocker.
My package went out for delivery on Thursday, 4th time out at 6:20 am.
Back at the terminal at the terminal at 11:20 am. Operational delay!!!!!!

I live in an apartment complex, fedex gets lazy and drops packages anywhere except the right apartment number. I'm disabled and can't go out looking for my packages. Please take time to find the exact apartment.

Fed Ex delivered a package I was expecting to someone elses house. I have contacted Fed Ex multiple times
It's been 6 days and they still have uet to reach out to me about this, even though I have made multiple calls and
messeges and reached out to them on social media.
