The older gentleman that's been working there for years has been so rude to me and others every single time I come in there. He ruins the entire store

Just to complain that it's been more than 15 minutes since the tense has been closed. I've been waiting for 22 minutes for the woman's break to pass and I still won't open the doors right now and several people left out of desperation what a terrible service of the woman
