I was very pleased with my recent chevy spark car rental experience. It was very easy, quick, and the car was in good condition. Aubrey helped me with picking up and dropping off the vehicle and made sure I was free of any questions and got me checked out with my $300 hold sent back to my account before I walked out the door. Thank you & will be back when I need to take another trip to Missouri!

All of employees were great especially Andrew McVicker he helped me get a car for me and my wife to go to Texas and back. He also helped when we called in to ask questions while we were out on our trip. I'd highly recommend this enterprise location.

My experience here was flawless. My only complaint, I didn’t like, is that I was told I couldn’t use a debit card because I didn’t live locally, which wasn’t the case when I booked my reservation. I think the corporate office should be sure their employees are all on the same page. I mean what would happen to those that didn’t have a credit card? Especially those that live out of town. Other than that, my experience was great. My agent (Jordan) at the location was very nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I recently had an outstanding car rental experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and I couldn't be happier. From the moment I walked into their office, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile by their professional staff. The rental process was swift and hassle-free, with all the necessary paperwork handled efficiently.The selection of vehicles was impressive, and I found the perfect car for my needs. The vehicle was in immaculate condition, clean, and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind during my rental period. Enterprise's competitive pricing was also a pleasant surprise, and I felt like I got great value for my money.I recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car for their excellent service, well-maintained vehicles, and friendly staff. It made my trip even more enjoyable, and I will definitely choose them for my future car rental needs.

We had a great experience renting from here. We needed a last minute van rental and DJ and Ron (I'm hoping that's his name, because I told him I'd give him a shout out) went out of their way to help us out. This is the second time dealing with DJ and he's always been super polite, friendly and helpful. Ron was also extremely friendly, made sure to go over everything with us and made everything super simple. Thank you to both men for helping us out!!

If your life depends on it, second think about going to this location. I normally deal with a different location that is 5 stars. Due to time I had to pick my insurance rental at this location and the rest is something out of a psychological thriller. DISCLAIMER: The individual employees are probably fine as people, but whatever it is about this location, its customer base, or the work environment has made this feel like you're in the visitor's lobby of a max prison or police station. It's hard for the staff here to make the customer feel at ease or like they care. They seem to jam corporate policy down your throat than take an "pit of the box" approach to make you feel like they're doing all they can to meet your concerns. IMPORTANT: (vs) the other location where the staff is exceptionally friendly, calm, and go to every extent possible to help you without the need for calls to corporate or plus membership to get it done. So my insurance company and enterprise corporate had me talk to my normal branch to handle the rest of the rental period, but this branch keeps blowing up my phone like they didn't get the memo. CONCLUSION: I get home from a family member passing after I returned rental, picked up my car from the bodyshop, and in my mailbox is a notice to pick a certified letter!? FROM Enterprise holdings. I've been talking to my normal branch , they updated my credit card, they even swapped out a recall into a different car. But the pickup branch keeps blowing up my phone , sending me threat letters?! I don't care if it was computer generated from the enterprise credit department. I'm filing a report on BBB and possibly the state attorney general in my state. This experience has caused actual anxiety, grief, and more ptsd when a rental should be the last thing I need to worry about right now.

I got into a accident and had used them to rent a car until my car was fixed. They didn’t have anything on lot and although insurance was paying for it all, they threw me in this big challenger I told the girl I didn’t feel comfortable driving it. She made me take it other wise I’d be paying $10 extra a day out of pocket! No way!!!!!! So I called my insurance and explained to them I didn’t feel safe with that car and I transport my guys to work and they can’t fit in that 2 door boat. They upped my price to match and I get there and they STILL wouldn’t give me a SUV or anything else!!!! Thankfully a guy pulled up with a Kia for me to use but had to wait for them to wash it which was fine. But this place is soooo unprofessional!!!!Then I realize I forgot my phone holder in the challenger and they had already took it without cleaning it up 35 mins away! So now I’m screwed without something to hold my phone and they didn’t even care!!!!!! I will NEVER go through this enterprise again a day in my life!!!! I’d rather be without a car then be treated this way!!!!! DONT go here!!!!

They always take care of me. We have have rented off of them at different times and never had any major issues. Thank you Andrew, for getting me in a car and thank you DJ for giving me a free upgrade on my next rental when I returned the car.

I booked a minivan 2 months in advance. They called two days before and left a voicemail July 19 confirming my reservation and saying to call if I had any questions. My husband went to pick it up Friday and they had no vans. They told my husband they had left me voicemails telling me they were out of minivans. This is not true. I called on Friday at 2. I asked why they told my husband this. They said they just “saw on the screen” that a voicemail had been left and just assumed that is said they were out of minivans. Then they said because I did not call back when I got my July 19 voicemail that they did not hold the rental. Nowhere in that voicemail did it say I needed to call back.We left for our trip on Saturday and were not able to bring the items we needed and because our vehicle was not a van and was not big enough.On Sunday the tire went completely flat and were stuck in an isolated area until Monday where stores opened and we could get the flat fixed.When we returned the rental waiver checked us out said he would give us a refund for a free day of rental. We never got the refund.

Very positive experience. No issues with anything and the car was very nice clean ran great. The man who went over the car with me and paperwork was very nice and gave me lots of information I needed to know. I did not know something about the return of my car and Rommy Odaymat assistant manager of this location helped us out tremendously. I suggest using enterprise if in need of a rental. Nothing but a positive experience here!!
