Everyone in the office is very friendly and just like the commercials of course they will pick you up and drop you off when renting from them!! They always go above and beyond to ensure renting from them is easy!!

My experience with enterprise has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I had to rent a car January / February of 2023. While renting the car I had a deer jump into the car while getting on the highway. Filed a claim with my insurance. Paid my deductible in May when enterprise got a hold of me about it. The claim was closed and everything was paid off. 2 days ago I woke up and had a charge of $234.80 from enterprise to my card. I initially called and asked what the charge was for. I was told they didn’t know anything about the charge and I needed to call my bank. So I called my bank and they canceled the card and started a fraud claim. A few hours later I was informed by someone at enterprise that I owed money for damage to the rental car. I insisted that I didn’t. Instead of saying we will look into it or maybe we made a mistake I was told that enterprise would not just charge my card if I did not owe money. I told them I was not going to pay money I do not owe them. I was told it would be sent to credit then. I was then told to call their damage recovery unit. So I did. I asked them what the charge was for. They said they had no idea and everything was paid off and closed last May. I had them email me the receipt again. I called the branch back and offered to let them see the letter before I took it to my bank. They did not seem to care about the letter or anything and insisted that they would not charge my card if I did not owe money. They also couldn’t tell me anything because a manager was not there. I called the corporate number and they could not tell me anything. I called customer service and they we’re trying to guess as to what the charge would be. They mentioned that maybe my insurance didn’t cover everything. I have full coverage insurance so I know that wasn’t it. I even called my insurance company and asked if there would be anything left unpaid. They said no and enterprise is known for messing up. I was informed by my insurance company that if enterprise wanted more money that they should be contacting them and not me. I gave all my information to the bank I use and an hour later I received and email from enterprise saying that the claim had been paid in full and the same amount of money that they took from me was going to be sent back to me within 10-20 business days by check. Nobody has reached out to me to explain why my card was charged or to apologize. When I mentioned that I thought it was funny that my card would be charged almost a year later an employee at enterprise said sometimes we charge peoples cards 2 years after the fact. To me that was a very ignorant and dumb response to give to someone who is already irritated that your employer took money out of my account that they should not have. Not to mention that is just horrible practice. If I ever need a rental car again I will make sure to not use enterprise.

Was to get $50.00 deposit back, did not get it, $25.00 more Dollars was taken from my account, no explanation, no reason, just taken! I will NEVER use enterprise again! I pad for the gas that was in it so I could bring it back on empty, nice me it had 1/2 tank so I was charged $25.00, the woman told me "you could have brought it back on empty" no reason wwhy the other $25 was taken or why the extra $25 was taken from my account, I was not given a receipt or any kind of paperwork

They don't communicate when your in their office there stuck up behind a computer and they don't even tell you there name they pretty much just want you to come in to take your money they don't care what they tell you they away do the Opposite of it they pretty much our stock uppeopme at this place they only care about there self and the money there taking

Very unhappy. I rented a vehicle and was told there is a $50.00 deposit fee. No worries you will get that back when you return vehicle. My insurance covered $40.00 a day. They have nothing in that price range. I was told I would be charged around $ 12.00 extra that I would be responsible for. I returned vehicle with half a tank of gas. I was told would get a refund. Two days later I receive $.77 in my checking account. I drove to enterprise to get some answers. I was then told it wasn't $12.00 a day but more like $16.00 a day with tax. If you rent a vehicle make sure you don't return until 4:55 pm. If you return in morning you will still be charged for it all day.I pray I never will need to go there again.

Slowest service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Only one person on staff who had 0 interest in being fast and efficient. Sat over 40 minutes to return a car and only 1 person was helped in that time frame with the 2nd person just getting to the desk who had an issue with something.

Rented a Toyota Camry at this location and it was the quickest process I've ever experienced when picking up a rental. Great customer service and positive attitudes from Kelsey and Krista. I will rent again at this location for sure.

Cassidy and Krista are amazing, they both go above and beyond to make sure customer is satisfied. Process of getting vehicle and dropping off is very efficient.

Overall I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of service. The only negative comment I have is the vehicle I rented wasn't ready when I went to pick up. But they quickly and efficiently found me another one within an hour. I wasn't in a huge hurry but if you are maybe keep that in mind. Everyone that works there is professional, helpful, and wonderful to work with. I will definitely be renting from them again.

I had a great experience with my rental car while my car was being repaired. Krista helped so much! She made it an easy experience with the insurance claim and I loved the Jeep Compass for my rental.
