“Wonderful visit and trip down memory lane. I worked at #GATTUSO'S in their Mansfield location years ago. I recently visited their home store with my big brother Johnny Howard and memories flooded my brain as I spoke with Rick Gattuso about old times. Friendly, well stocked, extremely versatile items at great prices. I wish I would have had more cash to spend as I collected the gear and a t shirt on the way out the door! If I had more cash, I would have walked out with three guitars: a nice Squire Strat, a Les Paul tribute guitar, and a beautiful Paul Reed Smith! “I just had the most amazing experience with Lexi and Heather transferring our family plan from another cellular provider. It help that we had done our homework before the visit. Our wait to see them was within 5 minutes of walking in the door. Lexi greeted with a warm smile! As my husband and I are not very tech savvy, the gals spent the time educating us ie, difference between the generations of iPods. If you are reading this review, I would definitely recommend this location for your cellular needs and 5-star customer service!”

“We were treated with nothing but kindness from this store. Our couch and love seat were delivered the very next day as told it would. The people running the store were kind and very helpful! We did not make it there until a half an hour before they closed, and the workers still went above and beyond I feel! We are very pleased to say the least. So far so good! “This cricket location is the best!! It's a new location it moved from 30th st plaza to east 62 plaza the new address is 2128 Columbus Road NE Canton, OH 44705. I had Melissa she is the new manager and she has manged to make the phone buying experience one to remember. I normally have buyers remorse not after visiting this store and meeting Melissa who is the absolute best. Not to mention as I was leaving a customer was walking in and I learned Melissa also speaks Spanish so she is truly there to help everyone. And not only was my experience at the store was great the service is the best I've ever had compared to boost and metro. “Great rental place don't try to gouge your pocket. I have my Xbox X from there used but it's under 100 a month got everything else new with it. And your contracts are only for a year and they offer you insurance and not just add it without asking”
“I have been going through them for a year now they have wonderful employees I'm no stranger to them they greet me by my first name. Everything I have gotten from them came in all good condition. And if I ever have a had a problem or issues they do fix it asap”

“So it's just a cell phone store where they sell phones and stuff right. Well I went in Saturday and Devon and the staff there just drastically improved the quality of my life and my family's lives while saving me a ton of money. I had Verizon and let the poor quality go because I had home Internet until recently when we discovered our slumlord hadn't paid the bill in months. After that and because there was a bill at the residence we were out of luck. I came in and explained that I'm a full time student and I work and my wife is from over seas and in about 30 minutes I had two new phones with unlimited 5G Internet for less than my next Verizon bill with their terrible phones. School just started back and they really saved me and kept us in touch with our family everywhere. Thank you so much guys you are appreciated”

(Went to one by beldin village first highly UNRECOMMENDED) Adam S and Xavier were absolutely amazing (and the back up for a cord ☺️ seriously mad appreciate you too) when we left the first location my husband was more stressed then he was going in , walked out of this one saying we will only ever work with this location from now on! Seriously thank you guys so freaking much!!!!!!!!! Extremely helpful, patient, fun to talk with and keeping the stressful situation easy flowing”
“Everyone is very friendly. Service is usually very fast. No waiting around. But make sure you have close to the amount you are paying as the store does not have a lot of cash on hand to make change. This would be my only complaint.”

“This location is larger than the Chapel hill location. On this day they had approximately 10 working the floor. Even with that we still experienced around a 30 minute wait. The staff was attentive and addressed all of our issues they assisted us in every manor. This location has restrooms. I can’t understand hours how the others don’t.
Parking was plentiful and the parking lot was cleared from the recent snow fall.
When we found out that we needed a new phone they had the phone that we needed stock.”
“Tools arrived promptly and worked great. Great price. Had a general question about a tool prior to receiving them and the young lady that answered the phone was polite, professional, respectful and obtained the information I requested promptly. Will continue to use Fatboy Tools in the future.”

“The night shift manager” around 3:40am loudly asked me if I was deaf because she assumed I didn’t greet her back when coming into the store.
When I asked for her name when the other employee rang me out I let her know I am indeed partially deaf; Immediately she told me she had every right to ask me if I was deaf because I didn’t answer her , and that I was in the wrong.”
