I recently visited their home store with my big brother Johnny Howard and memories flooded my brain as I spoke with Rick Gattuso about old times. Friendly, well stocked, extremely versatile items at great prices. I wish I would have had more cash to spend as I collected the gear and a t shirt on the way out the door! If I had more cash, I would have walked out with three guitars: a nice Squire Strat, a Les Paul tribute guitar, and a beautiful Paul Reed Smith! “I just had the most amazing experience with Lexi and Heather transferring our family plan from another cellular provider. It help that we had done our homework before the visit. Our wait to see them was within 5 minutes of walking in the door. Lexi greeted with a warm smile! As my husband and I are not very tech savvy, the gals spent the time educating us ie, difference between the generations of iPods. If you are reading this review, I would definitely recommend this location for your cellular needs and 5-star customer service!”
“Great rental place don't try to gouge your pocket. I have my Xbox X from there used but it's under 100 a month got everything else new with it. And your contracts are only for a year and they offer you insurance and not just add it without asking”
“We were treated with nothing but kindness from this store. Our couch and love seat were delivered the very next day as told it would. The people running the store were kind and very helpful! “This cricket location is the best!! It's a new location it moved from 30th st plaza to east 62 plaza the new address is 2128 Columbus Road NE Canton, OH 44705. I had Melissa she is the new manager and she has manged to make the phone buying experience one to remember. I normally have buyers remorse not after visiting this store and meeting Melissa who is the absolute best. Not to mention as I was leaving a customer was walking in and I learned Melissa also speaks Spanish so she is truly there to help everyone. And not only was my experience at the store was great the service is the best I've ever had compared to boost and metro. (Went to one by beldin village first highly UNRECOMMENDED) Adam S and Xavier were absolutely amazing (and the back up for a cord ☺️ seriously mad appreciate you too) when we left the first location my husband was more stressed then he was going in , walked out of this one saying we will only ever work with this location from now on! “I have been going through them for a year now they have wonderful employees I'm no stranger to them they greet me by my first name. Everything I have gotten from them came in all good condition. And if I ever have a had a problem or issues they do fix it asap”
“Everyone is very friendly. Service is usually very fast. No waiting around. But make sure you have close to the amount you are paying as the store does not have a lot of cash on hand to make change. This would be my only complaint.”

“I had an issue with a dropped phone. Screen shattered. I had an old phone and went to T-Mobile to see if the SIM card could be placed in a phone that was not T-Mobile.

“I am not so savvy with electronics and cell phones and contracts and lines and all of that "stuff"". That being said, VEE, the employee at this store has been wonderful. Working with her and having her there to answer questions most people would think is silly, has been anything but stressful. She successfully helped me get my account in order. Phones in order helped switching my info over. All stuff that can be stressful and overwhelming to me. Answer simply about my bill. OVERALL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANKS VEE. ASK FOR HER ?”

“*Update* June 2024 it seemed like there were more employees than devices...fortunately for me that meant that I was in and out (picking up an online order) in less than 5 minutes.
Big store, lots of phones and gadgets but also busy. We wandered around for 20 minutes and (unlike other Verizon stores) no one ever spoke to us. They definitely have a good selection though.”

“The night shift manager” around 3:40am loudly asked me if I was deaf because she assumed I didn’t greet her back when coming into the store.
When I asked for her name when the other employee rang me out I let her know I am indeed partially deaf; Immediately she told me she had every right to ask me if I was deaf because I didn’t answer her , and that I was in the wrong.”
