I go to both the 12th Street location as well as the Cleveland Avenue location. The workers are both very nice at both although I know they are overworked and understaffed especially at the 12th Street location. So I appreciate their efforts. I like going there because they accept my insurance monthly food benefits for payment. With not driving they're both easy to get to and make getting needed items between major shopping trips much easier

What is with this place? Best staff overall of any Dollar General. Deb rocks! As far as store managers go, Deb is amazing at keeping this place going. EVEN WITH ALL THE RECENT TURMOIL.I met the district manager, Mel. What a useless buffoon. No idea how one can keep morale up with a guy like Mel misgendering people on purpose. I overheard him talking about an acquaintance of mine who happened to be in store at same time as me. My cousin had people who were in store same time as me. Wecks was shopping for robitussin and pastel watercolors. And this DM Mel was despicable. Fire Mel.

I went into this location and there was only one person I could see working yet every isle had boxes of stuff all over the floor. I know staging is a thing in retail but the aisles are so small there was no room to walk through. no one was working the freight all over the floor and there was nothing on the shelves. I left the few things I had picked up and went to the one down the street.

Went to the store today looking for office supply and the isle was block with stuffs and I asked the lady working on the floor and she said there thirteen container there she can't move them. I had to walk out to go find what I was looking some other place. . I don't think the isle should be block, bring the stuff out when you need. What happened when the store closes.

Assistant manager yelled, and cussed at me because I ask if they could discuss the previous customers complaint later and wait on the ten customers in line. Reported to corporate. The most inappropriate customer service I have ever received. If you want to call it customer service. I will be calling corporate everyday until this manager is fired.

It was more expensive than I hoped. COVID-19 is driving up prices.Brand new store and parking.I only saw and dealt with the cashier who was friendly.I didn't see any customers.
