I was unsure of using a company that I had no personal references for and only read online reviews. I'm glad I took a chance-working with the team at Discount Custom Cabinets was efficient, easy and their response time was quick and thorough. The cabinets were beautiful and our kitchen turned out lovely! I'd recommend them in a heartbeat - better than using the big box stores local to me. Doing a kitchen remodel ourselves had the potential to be quite stressful but the experience with Discount Custom Cabinets minimized that immensely!

James with discount custom cabinets was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful in getting us the cabinets we needed at the best price we could find. I would highly recommend purchasing cabinets here if you are looking for high quality cabinets on a budget.

I am so happy with my new cabinets. James listened to my preferences and showed me several samples that matched. He answered questions quickly. He helped add much needed cabinet space to my kitchen. Krystal kept me updated with progress of cabinets and countertops. Once the cabinets were received, minor issues resolved quickly. My contractor was pleased with the quality of the cabinets. Thank you for helping to make my kitchen remodel a pleasant experience.

Our kitchen reno meant a lot to us. We saved for years and started planning early, but I was nervous. Renovations are hard, messy to live in, and never go exactly according to plan. The #1 reason why DCC gets my five stars is because of the way they showed up for us when things didn’t go according to plan. None of it was within their control, but whenever we were thrown a curve ball in our project, James and Krystal were SO supportive and went out of their way to help us make things work.
A close second reason - we now have a beautiful luxury kitchen! I do not have a design eye, but I had a picture in my head and James helped us make it come to life!
At the end of the day, the end product is so important, but it’s the people that show up for you when things get messy that matters to me and we knew James and Krystal were there for us every step of the way. Thank you all SO much!

Very great to work with and cabinets look amazing! I really like the quality of the cabinets as well as the style. The price was good too and they can be custom to fit your needs. I would recommend in the future!
My only concern was that the Mocha Glazed cabinets did not come with soft-close hinges. The hinges on this set were standard, where I believe most other styles the soft-close came as the normal option. I purchased the soft-close as an additional item and the removal of the other hinges left holes on the inside of the cabinet's doors. I am not too concerned as this is hardly noticeable.
