Called customer service because I couldn't make or receive calls from another phone. Customer service wasn't able to help so I was sent to the store. Get to the store they tell me my phone is fine its your tower that is being worked on. I was told to give it a few days and it would be up. I'm like what am I supposed to do without a phone for 3 days, I use it for personal and work things. I was again advised there was nothing they could do!! Needless to say I'm looking for a new phone company! I hate when u call customer service they don't know what they doing AT ALL. WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND.

Seriously can not rave enough about THIS LOCATION! (Went to one by beldin village first highly UNRECOMMENDED) Adam S and Xavier were absolutely amazing (and the back up for a cord ☺️ seriously mad appreciate you too) when we left the first location my husband was more stressed then he was going in , walked out of this one saying we will only ever work with this location from now on! Seriously thank you guys so freaking much!!!!!!!!! Extremely helpful, patient, fun to talk with and keeping the stressful situation easy flowing

I've been with Cricket for about 13 years. Same number, same plan. And my old phone was done. I went to this store on Tuesday, and Adam was manning the counter. He helped me find the right phone for me, and also took a lot of time to really set up my new phone- and did it in such a way that my old one still essentially works. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely courteous. Adam is a shining example of how customer service should be done. If he hasn't had a raise lately, he's due.

My bf broke the screen of his phone so he went in to try to get it fixed they couldn't do it because nothing was working. So then he tried to add extra hot spot to my phone so he could watch ROKU at home they couldn't do that either... pretty irritating ?

Had to stop in Cricket to get help with a no service issue. Adam S. was such a huge help! Took some time to resolve but he did everything he could to avoid changing us for a new SIM card, which ended up being the problem. He was great. Always have great service from the staff at this location or online. Definitely recommend cricket to anyone.

Screw their entry Prices ? used to be an awesome place to Be a consumer/customer; Lately it's Terrible pricing and The Phones they offer are Slower Load ups than the Same Brand/models that Boost, T-Mobile, Etc Sell! Makes no sense
