Received outstanding service all around! I was visiting from out of town and got a flat tire. They completed the repair quickly. The manager called to let me know my vehicle was ready. I wish we had a Conrad's in Columbus!

I called the store an hour before closing time on a Saturday when I discovered a nail in my tire. I was told to get there quickly and they would fix it. They were busy and didn’t even look at my car until 5:15 but they fixed it even though they were closed. Very courteous and great customer service. .
