What a miserable experience I've endured by switching to this bank...absolutely ridiculous! Where to begin...branch employees are bold faced liars to get your business, no other way of putting that...deceitful...and then they blame YOU and claim that's not what they said. Opened accounts beginning of Jan 2023...it's now mid March and I STILL have not received a bank statement for either account...when I inquire, they blame me and claim my online settings are for paperless when that's not what they are set on...then they tell me to come and pick up by statements! Was originally issued a debit card on the spot when I opened accounts...they did not have them linked properly...had to make two additional trips just to sort that out! The first time I tried to use my ATM debit card, the machine ate my card...had to go into branch, they couldn't retrieve it, so they issued a replacement on the spot...had to change a bunch of info at other accounts as a result! There's been NO customer service whatsoever...the employees at the branch are all rude, defensive, inpatient, and they blame the customer for EVERYTHING! Online banking is the worst...constant log in errors...call the number for help and either get nowhere cuz they are foreigners who don't speak or understand English very well or they pass the buck and refer you around the world to other numbers or places for help and you wind up lost, not knowing who you're really talking to, and extremely frustrated. It's just been an epic fail from day 1 of opening both accounts! Stay away from this bank! I will be switching to a new bank AGAIN very soon! Shame on them for being so inept and wasting people's time and money!

I know I'm biased, but I chose Citizens because of all the improvements they are making in technology and the unmatched benefits particularly of their Student and Business accounts. I love that they not only integrate with all the great stuff that is out there in financial technology, but that they also have innovative features of their own in a very streamlined banking app. They have been growing as a bank and making many improvements in the past year. Additionally, they have a great team of experts and support in many areas of finance particularly at this branch. I'm excited for the future of this branch and team. Horrible Experience. I’ve literally seen people bring their pets in ( not a service dog ) and be treated better than someone with a respiratory illness that cannot wear a mask.

I have finally found a bank where everyone is so friendly, honest and extremely helpful. Thank you for making me feel like I did when I was banking with USAA. As a business owner I wished your bank had walked into my store the first day! Every branch I had stopped at is providing normal services was excellence. You have the lowest merchant service fees which has already helped my customers save money. You have convenient locations all over Canton. You have ATM's that was not update or slow and WORK like they are suppose too! All the managers, merchant, branch and loans are knowledgeable in all of their banks policies and every branch is on the same page! Citizens is business friendly I just can't say enough positive things since I switched banks from " Fee" Bank. Thank you Thank you I am a loyal customer for life!

If you want to start your day with rude tellers, this is the bank to come to. Every experience at this branch has been unpleasant. There are other Charter One branches in the area and they are so much friendlier! Don't bother with this one.
