My son has had a great experience this school year at Church of the Lakes Child Care! The staff is friendly and communicative, they create an exciting and fun learning environment, and the building is very clean. I highly recommend this center!

Cannot get ahold of anyone for the pre-k program. Called and emailed multiple times with no answer. Unprofessional business practices.

I am a former teacher aide from church of the lakes. They let me go after 1 1/2 week of hire due to forgetting a clip-board. They did not bother to work with me on tactics or ways of getting better.Honestly the environment was toxic they kept changing the rules not only for the staff but also for the children. It was hard to follow. I also still have not received any of my pay checks from my time there 2 weeks ago. I would not recommend hire or bringing kids here.

I was a former assistant teacher at Church of the Lakes preschool. I chose to leave because of the toxic environment between many of the teachers including the administrators. I personally witnessed the manner in which this frustration affected the way a teacher addressed and treated the children in class. It was truly heartbreaking. This is the first time that I have ever posted a negative review online. I feel an obligation to share this information because of it’s impact on children. Parents beware!

We were all set to start preschool for my three year old. We were told 12 hours before he was supposed to start that there wasn't room for him any longer. I understand stuff happens but Lisa was so rude and she didn't even offer a wait list. Just a 'well I don't know what to tell you' it was so unprofessional. Not to mention I had to work the next morning!

We loved this place for our daughter for pre-K. She learned so much there and they had her completely prepared for kindergarten. I can't wait to enroll my twins there.
