Everyone was very helpful and kind. Especially Zach, who helped me apply for a card! He answered all of my questions and helped me with things I didn’t even think to ask about. Very good customer service here :)

I had the most uncomfortable situation at this location today. The private banker was clearly outside of her comfort zone talking with me about my situation. Such nervous and negative energy. It was incredibly off-putting. Rather than begin a process that could have begun in any state (as she stated), she directed me to begin the process in my home state. Customer service was incredibly lackluster.

ATM NEVER WORKS!!! Starting to get very frustrated in the fact the bank can’t figure out how to get a new one or have someone out to idk install a new system….pathetic

Highly recommend the staff, helped me out in a time of need after fleeing from Hurricane Irma. They were the epitome of why I have my Chase bank account and I can tell you I have banked with most all the banks. The manager was truly very personable and human( not so much with the North Canton office as they were jerks). Interesting how the last review said he drove 100 miles to get his money. who has their bank 100 miles away? And the other guy crying about $20 deposit, there are laws and regulations that banks have to follow or they break that law. Guess you feel you're special...lol
