You can always identify a terrible person by the way they treat people in job positions they view was ‘beneath them.’ The shop owner is incredibly rude to people in the service industry, and has no problem taking photos of people and putting them on blast on the internet for not giving in to her outrageous demands. Spend your money somewhere else, where the owner treats others with kindness and compassion.
