I've never had a problem at that VP The day shift they're all nice and they do their job right The only thing I've ever had to do was wait in line to get gas and I've been going there for years

If I could give a 0 Stir. I would but unfortunately, in order to let the public know how horrible of a gas station this place is. I had no choice but to give a one star. I went here this morning at approximately 1:00 to 1:15 AM to purchase a gallon of milk. After arriving home, I went to go open app the gallon and milk and I realized that the milk was expired. I went back up to the gas station. The gentleman who worked this evening was very rude and VERY condescending! He refused to give me a refund or replace the milk with an unexpired gallon. He kept walking away arguing with me that it was only expired by a day. How could I ever have anything to say about that? And how I was so wrong for even complaining about this. I told him I'm midnight shift if he would take the time to actually walk the store and check the dates for things instead of standing around playing on his phone. Maybe he would be able to pull expired food and drinks instead of serving them or selling them to customers. He was VERY unprofessional & VERY ignorant about the whole situation!

I have never had a bad experience at this location. Today my card wasn't working correctly at the pump so I went in to pay, I went to the pump and started pumping my gas and when completed I was getting ready to leave thinking my cash was used, the cashier came literally running out and told me my card just took longer to process and wanted to make sure I get my money back. I appreciated the honesty because I would have never noticed.

Several pumps were malfunctioning and out of service, whether unable to pump or simply that the credit card option was inaccessible.Unfortunately this is a frequent issue at this particular station.
