Preyed upon my stepfather on his last few months of his life, gave him a really bad deal, made him finance 400 dollars on 12k trade in. I unfortunately did not learn of this until after his passing. If you have values you will stay away from this vulture.

Looked at a lime green 2011 Ford escape on Friday August 4th 2023. They claimed they drove it back from auction on Tuesday August 1st 2023. When I test drove it, I noticed that all four tires were bald. And I do mean bald! And although it drove very well and had good power, there was a rattle in the front end as you hit even small bumps. Also, the bottom of the lift gate was almost rusted through and the passenger rear tail light had water in it. When I pointed all these things out to the woman we were dealing with she told us that the car hadn't even been serviced yet. Now I know that if they drove it back from the auction, they had to hear the rattling in the front end. Anyway, we were interested in the car but the listed problems needed addressed. She said she would talk to the owner and call me the next day. When she did call, it was to inform me that the car had sold. So not only did they not want to address any of the vehicle's issues, they sold what may be an unsafe car For $8,000. When in reality it wasn't worth more than $4,000. The new owner will have to now fix all the issues which will probably be at least a $1,500 bill. Will never look here again.

My cousin just bought a 2015 Chevy Cruze from them about 3 weeks ago and she has already had to pay to fix an oil leak, an O2 sensor and a driver door lock issue. They told her the car was fine and sold it to her "as is". Definitely do not go here unless you have a mechanic with you that can tell you what issues the car may have because the lot will definitely hide it from you.

Bought a Chevy traverse around October. Right away car broke down. Four months later the entire engine needs replaced. Eight Thousand dollars for a vehicle that lasted five months.

I have purchased two vehicles there so far, words can’t describe how irritating it is to pay several thousands for vehicles that barley move. I have invested more to keep them going. It really makes me wonder where he gets his vehicles for inventory. I would highly suggest going elsewhere. If I find anything else wrong with these vehicles I have no choice but to take legal action against this dealership.

0ne ☆ is entirely, too much for this lot. This place is a joke.Engine light on from day one. Told me it was a sensor; they said to come back at a later date because mechanics were out for two weeks holiday vacation. Stopped several times to have a diagnostic ran to see what the engine light was on for. Conveniently, either forgot to put down my appointment or had a tech call off and couldnt accommodate my service. Long story short...transmission failed completely, after 5 months. Do NOT GO HERE!!!!

Do not trust this dealership. A friend of mine was approved for a loan for a particular amount to cover the entire cost of the vehicle. Asking them at least five times to put breaks on the car so it could be test driven and being told they can't they don't have time they finally said they had replaced them. Driving the car completely on e with squeaky brakes completely out of alignment one tire with less than 20% tread, and other suspension issues. We decided to go ahead and make a deal on the car we agreed on a certain amount and negotiation to cover what would have to be paid out of pocket for the repairs. We shook on it made a deal all the paperwork. Going to pick up the car the next day they were very irate and began to tell a buddy of mine he can no longer get the car he didn't have enough money and that they miscalculated and there were many miscommunications between the finance departments and the dealership. Taking absolutely no responsibility for their mistakes or accommodating in any way we still began to negotiate to drive the car off the lot once again they became very irate and began making more excuses so why they backed out on a deal that was already finalized after they had already ran for hard inquiries just began to make excuse after excuse after excuse even when the sticker price amount was exceeded there was absolutely no way to drive car off the lot there was nothing they could do no accommodating. I would not trust this dealership, they breach contracts take back finalized purchases and talk to their customers like their aggravating and annoying them. Most of their cars are wrecked have over 200,000 miles and they false advertise. Beware of this company.I recommended this dealership to my friend because I heard decades ago they did good business but after reading all of their horrible reviews now I know their company has gone to the ground. These people are greedy and I think racist.

Every vehicle we looked at had problems , they would mention they would repair it but only after the customer had to find the problems themselves , a good dealership would fix the vehicles before they are test driven not after, and only want to start fixing them once you sign paperwork and give money down on a vehicle that needs repairs in the first place .

I would recommend never buying from this lot. I recent purchased a truck from them that the salesman informed me just needed an exhaust and a tune up. $2500 in PARTS alone and nearly two months later, I'm still borrowing cars because this lemon keeps breaking. The exhaust was shot, which I was aware of; what I didn't find out until later is that the entire fuel injection system was toast, the hitch is junk, the steering is dangerously worn, and the entire brake system is rusted up, because they didn't even take the time to hose the salt off the truck when they took in on trade last year. The frame is even almost rotten through in the rear; this truck should have been scrapped, not resold. Buyer be very aware if you're shopping at this dealership.
