“What a fantastic experience!! With the initial step onto the lot we were greeted and felt listened to an did not feel like the next piece of meat. Follow up with emails to answer any questions did not feel smothering but helpful. Jay and Ruth were simply a pleasure to work with. Fully explaining all the features of multiple cars and the pros and cons of each. Kempthorn dealership is a Canton landmark. Jay and Ruth were definitely above expectation and made the buying experience easy and enjoyable.”
“Everything about my experience was top notch. I hit a deer (for the first time in 34 years!) and called our insurance. When they asked us which garage I heard great things about MAE so I figured I'd try them myself.
The staff (Mason, Rich, Emily and more) were incredibly friendly and kind. They were in contact with me throughout the entire repair process, and kept me updated. As you can see from the photos, my 2019 Civic looks brand new! I couldn't even tell what is new and what was repaired. This thing drives better then before I hit the deer!

It's charcoal grey and I was worried but it came out excellent! Detailed my truck in and out which surprised me (the inside). They even corrected a minor flaw in the body just to make it right! “Had a Saturn with an issue with the door sticking shut, couple other shops had quoted me an hour or twos labor upon minimal inspection. Tim at Worx got an idea and fixed the problem in ten seconds flat. He fixed me up with some lube for the lock and sent me on my way. That's why I love little places like this, they have the experience and aren't looking to retire off of your small problems. I always stay away from getting work done at the dealership and this is why. Super courteous and friendly service is hard to come by in the auto world.”
