Let me share my recent experience with Bill’s Cobbler Shop, and I hope you'll heed my warning. Despite being a loyal patron for years, my recent encounter was beyond disappointing. After entrusting them with a simple repair job – stitching a purse strap and fixing a zipper – I was met with shoddy workmanship and appalling customer service.Upon receiving my purse, it was evident that the job was less than satisfactory. Crooked stitches, loose threads, and messy double stitching adorned one of my favorite purses. When I confronted the staff, expecting resolution, I was met with indifference and outright rudeness. The employee's lack of professionalism was astounding, from their dismissive attitude to their audacious suggestion to 'tell Louie' about my concerns. I asked who Louie was and she flippantly retorted, “the guy who made the purse, I guess!”Despite remaining composed, my request for a refund was met with contempt and refusal. The final blow came when the employee told me the machine was in the back and callously challenged me to do a better job myself, as if my dissatisfaction was unwarranted.This experience speaks volumes about the lack of pride and respect at Bill’s Cobbler Shop. Save your time and money, and steer clear of this establishment. It's clear they prioritize profit over quality and customer satisfaction. Don't fall victim to their negligence and disrespect.

I dropped off my suitcase to have the zipper restiched. I paid in advance. Very reasonable. She told me to come back in 3 weeks. When I got back the repairs weren't done. She mentioned the suitcase wouldn't fit on the machine. She refunded the money but the suitcase smelled heavily of smoke. Not sure why they took it or didn't call to pick it up earlier. I dropped it off at another cobbler in Twinsburg.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible! They destroyed my shoes. They had my shoes for a month and I had to go back three separate times because my shoes weren't finished. If they didn't have time to do my shoes they should have just told me. The leather did not match, the length of the straps weren't even. The stitch was not even. I even brought my own leather in and they said we will use our own leather. The damn leather they used was not the same shade or thickness of the existing leather. So disappointing. I will NEVER return to this establishment.

Allen and Michele did an incredible job on my favorite pair of boots that I thought were done for. I bought them online secondhand but they were originally from an Italian company, with the soles being secured with traditional nails and stitching. They were already showing some wear on the toes and I only made it worse (out of love!) They were able to repair the stitching, fix the nails, and even added a little glue for extra security. I cannot thank them enough and will definitely be back for any shoe repair needs!

I service that is SO important and is disappearing way too fast. Taking care of your favorite well-made shoes is so important. Waste is a sad thing in society today.

Pulled into the parking lot.Needing the zipper fixed for our Jeep top. Not only did she come out and fix it in less than 5 minutes. We also got a duck!

Sadly I was disappointed & they won't get 5 stars. I drove all the way 2 Canton 4 heel repairs & met a nice lady at the counter. She told me the heels can "b fix'd" & I said ok great. She charged me 2 pay my bill b4 the repair was completed.? A week later.. "no phone call" drove back up 2 canton 2 pick up my shoes & walk n 2 a guy who was work'n the counter. I told him what shoes I had & he took them off the shelf & tell me he couldn't fix em due 2 the damage of my heels. He then began 2 talk 2 me like I was illiterate when I stood their n disbelief not understand'n why I couldn't get a phone call 2 tell me this ahead of time. I was refund'd the ? & no repair.??
