Normally have a great experience here but unfortunately the stylist I had this past weekend left a large portion of my hair uncut as she was very distracted looking at other stylists and their clients and I didnt even know that this was a thing until someone pointed out the large portion of hair in the back of my head just. Completely uncut.

Elise was very kind and attentive to my hair color touch up and face framing layers.
She made sure I was comfortable through the whole process and took her time to listen. I LOVED my final style and was impressed with the products she recommended that I now have at home.
She was very polite and receptive to other clients coming into the shop. The other stylist there was very happy and the two of them made the salon feel welcoming!
I have never been to Cost Cutters before and I was happy I made the choice to come to this salon.
Very clean and professional.
I will be back for Elise to be my stylist.
10/10! higghly recommend!

I went in for a hair trim and requested bangs! Sophia was very nice and was very knowledgeable! I haven't had bangs since I was a kid and wanted something new and I asked her questions since she has the expertise!
I will be going back and I know who to request :)

Went for a haircut last week. The girl who did my short hair butchered it. I asked her to fix it and she said she couldn’t and got an older stylist to help. There was little to do with what the first girl left me with. She “fixed it” but my bangs and sides are still uneven. I am distraught. The first girl shaved up the back off my head where there should have been 2.5 inches of hair. Asked me if my bangs were a good length- I said yes- and then cut an inch and a half off of them instead of thinning them. They comped my hair but I honestly cannot look in the mirror without crying. The second stylist also told me that the reference photo I provided was too advanced for the first girl, like it’s my job to know that?

Elise did my hair for my wedding ceremony and it turned out just as is imagined even without any reference pictures to give her! Sophia had done my husband's hair the day before and did a great job working around all of his "cowlicks". The manager did my eyebrows and got them perfect. This location has amazingly talented young ladies who are very sweet. 10/10 recommend!!!
