Why do they hire people that can't answer your question ❓ or give you the right stuff you need? And really when you have a computer that tells you the answers ,to your question,but they still can't seem to help you cause the don't know their mechanic job,bet he doesn't even have mechanic schooling background..so why do they work there?? Needs to be fired

Thank you Riley and Matt A for the great kindness and customer service. I really appreciate you and am thankful Riley that you came out and helped us and replaced the tail light and put the oil in my son's car, and for Matt A for running and grabbing the oil I needed, and so close to closing. You made a stressful thing very simple and lifted the stress off our shoulders, and you did it with kindness and a smile! Thank you for showing my son how to replace his tail light, I know that took a little extra time, and I'm sure you wanted to go home to be with your families! Thanks for helping a worried momma keep her son safe, and for being so kind. God bless you guys!
