I’m an avid thc consumer. I purchased a Half Bak’d 3G disposable here. Got home and opened it up and the oil was brown. If you aren’t a thc consumer, brown oil means expired product. Two employees, one man one woman, informed me that most of their products look like this and it’s pretty typical, which if that is the case, I do not recommend buying THC products from here. No exchange or refund granted so, poor customer service and experience. Won’t be coming back ?
Edit: The owner reached out to me personally via phone to discuss my concerns, offering a refund or exchange, quickly and easily dissolving my problems. So obviously, the upper management is well-ran and the company carries customer-oriented priorities.

These guys are Rockstars!!! John and Nick really expert in their knowledge and truly helpful with anything technical. Stripped 2 of my units to bare bones, fixed the problem, put it back together again!! Savants!! The Rainmen of VapingJess and Haley are quite remarkable when it comes to product knowledge - juices and dispensers. Natural ‘extra milers’ when it comes to customer service.Jess is the veteran who manages the store, Haley is new but already an assistant manager which is how this store works, find good people, train and develop them, consequently keep them.Love this place - all down to staff!!Thank ya, ladies!!

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!This particular vape store has two of the most customer focused and kind employees of anywhere I've ever shopped.Hayley is hands down one of the sweetest and customer service focused people I've ever met. Not only does she go out of her way to make sure customers have what they need, but when she sees me coming in from the parking lot she already has my fluid and coils pulled and ready for me. She knows when you're probably running out of something and has it ready for you when you come in.Jessie is just as friendly but has an absolute abundance of knowledge about everything this store carries. She knows what products will work best under what circumstances and gives customers honest input on their purchases.The reason I come across town to shop here instead of a closer competing vape store is because the staff here feel like good friends who are happy to see me when I come in.I 100% recommend this location. ??

They are ok but the flavor ain’t like it says really I got the strawmelon Apple and it don’t taste like it really and I got strawberry cream which is pretty good and I got honeydew punch and it’s good but the 1st one is bad tbh they just ain’t got a strong flavor like I want
