“The GREATEST FREIGHTLINER SHOP EVER!! I would give them 10 stars if i could. I came in Saturday with 2 engine lights on. I talked with j in the shop. He came out immediately and checked it out. He said the egr was stuck. I told him i had to deliver Monday morning and I would come back to have it fixed. He said it might be a couple of days before they could get to it. I said ok. I went to the TA a few miles away and spent the night. The next morning it wouldn’t regen and had the 3rd light on, which is red. I took it to them and explaned what was wrong. Randall come out and work his magic immediately. He got it to regen. I talked with Randall and Joe for a while waiting on it to regen. I came back monday after getting unloaded and they got it in the shop immediately after checking in. Got it fixed and on my way. Everyone i came in contact with, either directly or just in passing greeted me with a smile and ‘ how are you’. I didnt get the technicians name that fixed it but he did a great job. Kudos to everyone at Young Freightliner! I highly recommend Young freightliner to any and everyone. Truely the best of them all!”
