We looked at a bunch of dealerships in town and 12th St auto was by far the best!! I purchased a 2018 Buick encore from them and I absolutely love it!! Jim took the time to detail the car, the title came quickly after purchasing the car, no hard sale or an up sale! Jim explained the features of the car and had all the patience in the world!! I would definitely recommend purchasing a car at 12th st auto!! A quality family owned business that is hard to come by nowadays!

Should of been a red flag as soon as we noticed the paint job wasn't quite right but I was d*** and payed more attention to the low miles. I bought a 2012 tahoe that has been nothing but problems. People were nice but its my fault for being so trusting....... lesson learned

Stay away. these people put me through the ringer!! all they care about is money and not there reputation. The owner sold me a lemon. i mean the car is legit falling apart. we had a written contract after our business deal with the death trap car happened... so because his bank charged him a $4 fee he charged me a $4 fee lol. never ever would i even let me worst enemy come here! please if you value your money, life, sanity stay far far away from this place!!!
