Mandy guided me through every step of my upgrade since it was blocked by fraud and customer service because I bought it online via DuckDuckGo and through a VPN. She was so patient and I was in the store until closing. She never gave up and I appreciate it. I have a new phone that works so well because of her. Thanks!

Went into Verizon yesterday to pick up a phone cover for my husband.Kameron Fellows greeated me with such a professional welcome in.Kameron was very knowledgeable, and mostly interested in what I needed and not just a sale.He definitely sells with Integrity!I left purchasing a new phone for myself and all the accessories.Great deal on this purchase and even lowered my monthly payment.I would not have known if he didn’t take the time to explain everything.He was kind and warm to my golden retriever who I had brought with me .Great Energy and passion for his work and service to othersI would recommend him to anyone interested in Anything Verizon…Thank YouDonna ‘Madison’ Orlando

Have you been to this store lately? If you haven’t, you need to go. Consistently great customer service. ALWAYS able to resolve any issue I have. ALWAYS KIND AND helpful to my parents who are older and always do their best to get the latest hit products for me. Big shout out to Todd (aka Tee-Oh-double-Dee) for his outstanding patience, humor and customer service!

If you need to work with anyone, work with William. This man is absolutely fantastic and will do his absolute best for you. I refuse to work with anyone else there. We have tried to work with other people, very dismissive ultimately told me a customer of 12 years i aught to go elsewhere because he couldnt be bothered to even call the help desk about our ongoing issue with connectivity.Long story short.... Good store work with William... I am only giving a 4 star because if it wasnt for William i would give a 1 star... Please give that man a raise or promotion or a heck of a bonus.We ended up calling helpdesk ourselves and resolved the issue with the wonderful care team that verizon has at HQ.

I was having an issue with my phone. Took it into the store kameron fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes. Very thankful for him! Definitely will ask for him next time we are in the store and ready to upgrade our phones.

I was just in this Verizon store earlier this week. I normally dread going to cell stores to upgrade. This was different. I cannot give Jonelle enough kudos for being so thorough in understanding my needs, from the immediate greet when I walked in, helping me pick out a super cute phone case & making sure the plan we are on was the right one, to being the most efficient in getting me in & out as quick as possible. Would super recommend asking for her to assist in all verizon needs !

When I got my new phone it took almost 4 hours for the entire process because the lady who helped us didn't know what she was doing. She sent us home while my new phone was still getting info transferred to it. Another hour later the new phone didn't work and we had to have a friend of ours fix it for us. Then, she had our bill all screwed up so my husband had to go back a month later to get that fixed. Here we are not even 5 months later and we went back to this location today because my phone is not working right (hasn't since I got it) and we stood there for 15 minutes without anybody even acknowledging us. Therefore we left and went to Boardman and they helped us and had us in and out in under 10 minutes. Don't waste your time at the Canfield satellite location. Save yourself the hassle and go to Boardman!

Had the best experience trading in my phone for a new one. Stephen Wendt was very helpful and easy to work with. The transaction went smooth and everything was an overall comfortable experience. I’ll be going to this place again!
