The bald head guy slammed the front of my car so hard it almost broke the front part of my truck . Idk if he is just a hater or bad attitude but it needs addressed. You lost a good customer today all cuz fat bald guy wants to slam my car at the end and then mean mug me on my way out. Not friendly customer service. Just looking to take my money and break my car.

The female working there is the worst I've ever experienced. She was rude, looked like she just rolled outta bed, had food on her face and was breathing heavily into my car while changing the oil status as I held my breath trying to to breath in her exhale. I love this place but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had there.

They are efficient, thorough, and do not oversell. In fact, during their overall safety check, they discovered a bulb out and replaced it free as a courtesy. It is worth the drive from Niles to have my car so well cared for.
