I absolutely love this place! My wife and I visited for the first time this past summer and bought 2 guns already with many more to come. Debbie and Eric are great. They're knowledgeable about all their products. And upon reading other reviews, no....they are not pushy. They don't try to sell you something you can't afford. If you don't know how to say no to something you can't afford then that's your issue! They show you products that you came in for and that's up to you if you want to purchase them. Absolutely great people. I can spend hours there....which I have. Iron Sights Armory is now my one stop shop for everything guns and accessories....whether I can afford it or not! A++++ grade from me!

Went in a few months ago and the owner Deb has the most god awful customer service skills known to man, she would literally drive a preacher wild. She has no business engaging with the customer, she’s better off just staying in the back while letting people with more customer service talent represent her business. She also comes at you with the I know it all attitude, I’ve been dealing with guns for over 40 years and I can guarantee I know more then she does! I was also told she charges people for things that she isn’t supposed to be, which is not honest. Nice set up inside, just ruins the whole experience when you meet her, you just want to walk right back out. Time to shape up Deb, the real reviews are the one star ones about you and you need to do better, but since you have made it this far in life being the way you are I doubt you will change, instead you will just blame everyone else for the poor behavior you project on to others.

Can’t say enough great things about this place! I can tell you this- I will NEVER go ANYWHERE ELSE to purchase a firearm. Debbie and Eric are such great people and wonderful to do business with. They don’t come off as just “trying to sell you something” they make you feel at ease and make sure you’re comfortable with whatever you’re purchasing and will answer 100/100 questions you have about any firearm. Their knowledge is super impressive. Not to mention, the best prices!!!!! They’ll order whatever you want for you if they don’t have it in store, they’ll call you and let you know it’s ready for pickup etc etc. can’t say enough good things about these guys. Absolute favorite place to go- the ONLY place I’ll go to!! Lifetime extremely satisfied customer here!!

Excellent experience today. Eric walked me through from start to finish with the process of obtaining a suppressor. Explained the product well, and gave me the confidence in making my purchase today. Deb was pleasant and polite. I am happy with my decision to stop by her store today. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The owner Deb, is very greedy. She will push customers to spend money with remarks of “how much money do you have to spend today” or will grab an item you already have but is a different design and will begin to push you to purchase said item. I do not recommend this place in terms of dealing with the owner, as for the employees a few of them are very smart and worth going to just because of them. I can only imagine how the owner Deb treats her employees based on how she treats her customers there isn’t much room for positivity

Great place for a first time gun buyer, the salesman was full of answers for any question I had and the owner was nice as can be and a treat to talk to. Will definitely return here for any gun needs I have.

So, as an independent buyer I learned about this store about three years ago. With that being said I do believe that Iron Sights is a excellent store which should be given a shot at. When you think of buying guns, optics, spare or extra magazines, and even suppressors this is the store for you. If there is something you are looking for and what; Debbie the owner is amazing at pulling something together. But as everyone knows some things may take more time then others to come in so wait because I promise she do work some magic. Also if you have any questions about any gun you have or are looking for Eric can help out with most questions you have. By far the best gun store i have been to for being locally owned and operated.

Few visits, hit or miss customer service based on who is in the shop. Rude and verbally aggressive older blonde lady recently asked me "what kinda cash do you have in your pockets today" while browsing. Lady what?!? She kept carrying on about how "she keeps buying inventory but can't sell anything" which give the impression of store ownership. Wont see me again
