“really convenient for the waypoint spot next door for our convention. beautiful view. especially good food at the special bistro starbucks. very friendly service. rooms were spotless, clean and new, modern, spacious.
Nearby activities: golf course next door looked really nice. patio outside is beautiful. Waypoint 480 thing or whatever was a nice venue

“Clean hotel with polite service. Rooms are spacious. The Dutch restaurant next door is really good and has some cool shops to wander around in. Would have given it 5 stars but I didn't like the coffee situation. There's a coffee/cafe in the lobby that offers fancy caffeinated drinks and pastries. The hotel also has a very nice complimentary coffee machine. However, I noticed that they close this coffee machine when the cafe is open. So if you want coffee at any time during the cafe's business hours, you have to pay for it. I have never been to a hotel that didn't offer complimentary basic coffee at pretty much all hours, especially when paying close to $200 for a standard room, and I wasn't going to pay Starbucks prices for my coffee. Both options should be available to hotel guests and let them decide if they want to pay for something other than basic coffee. I just felt this was a money grab.”

“Got in around 1:30 AM from NY. Mike got us checked in quickly and was very kind and friendly. He walked us through the amenities and we chatted for a bit. Glad to meet a friendly face this early in the morning. The room itself was great, the studio queen suite had everything like a full size fridge, hot plate, full sink, dishwasher, and a nice bathroom.
Rooms: Studio Queen Suite is awesome, spacious
Safety: Quiet, well lit parking lot. It might be tight for a U Haul.”
“This place was a very pleasant surprise. The staff was accommodating and nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Despite being close to the freeway, the room was quiet. The free breakfast was hot and quite good. While there were two big rigs parked there, the entrance looked tight so any large vehicles might need to come in slow and very carefully. One of the best Best Westerns I've ever stayed at. Thank you.”

Nearby activities: Our annual Slovenefest festival was only 20 minutes away, church nearby too!
Safety: No issues with any loitering inside or out.

“Been here for two+ months. I saw 1 spider and 3 tiny black ants.They give me new towels and straighten out my bed daily. (I always bring my own comforter) The guy that owns it is nice enough I have no complaints at all. Even gave me a monthly rate.Spectrum cable with some VOD, dorm Fridge decent space.Loud long term neighbors but he can’t control that.It’s a 4star for a 3star motel. Seen much worse!!”

“I was surprised to hear that the rumors were only $52 a night it's an interesting little setup kind of gave me big Florida vibes but not the kind of Florida Vibes that come with swimming pools LOL but I will say this if you're looking to get off the road it's a good place to be and it's affordable”
“Very awesome management/service. We traveled from Florida. My dad was sick all wknd. He had to stay indoors there. The phone in the room did not work. They switch the phones out. You can get a dial tone. Still not able to call out except to the front desk only. The employees/owners said for us to leave our phone numbers with them at the front desk. If there is a problem all my dad had to do was call 0 to the front desk and the staff will give us call. They went the extra mile and called our room throughout the day to check on my dad. For this, I am very grateful and very well appreciated. When I travel back to Ohio, I will definitely be staying at their location again.”

“Recently moved to Ohio and needed a few nights before getting settled into new home. I have to say, the staff is 5 star. They are super helpful and treat you like a real human being. Every individual was very genuine and kind. The room was comfortable, clean and up to date. Free breakfast was a great addition, and it was delicious. If friends or family need to stay in nearby I’ll always suggest this Hampton Inn. Very satisfied.”
