“We bought a cub cadet tractor on April 14th 2024, used it 4 times (we only have .75 acres), on June 28, 2024 it simply quit working. Called Tractor Supply to advise and get replacement. They informed me they have a 30 day return policy and refused to exchange, 30 day return policy on a riding lawn mower???? How many times does one cut their grass in 30 days!!! They told me to call manufacturer, ridiculous as they should exchange and deal with the manufacturer, but I called them it's $80 to send someone out to look at the tractor we JUST spent $3000 on!! DO NOT SHOP HERE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
7/10/24- I would like to edit this review as Tractor Supply resolution Team contacted me and rectified this issue. I would like to especially thank Robin Fuller the DM, she reached out to me and within an hour arranged to have my Tractor exchanged the next day! I would also like to thank Christopher M , he also reached out to me and started the process of resolving this issue!! This has restored my faith that great Customer experience does exist and I will be a lifelong Tractor Supply Customer as it's very unusual these days to be heard as a customer!! Thank you so much!”
“Salem,Ohio TSC #680
Absolutely the best experience by far is this Salem TSC my need for an expert for products for my cats and small dog, a young woman named Ivy Cain also lives on a farm with many more animals large and small had plenty of knowledge to share with my pets issues and I’m so thankful for her passing along her experiences of what products work best for my pets!
That young woman deserves a promotion and raise!”
“Emily (supervisor), Kaitlyn (paint) and the 2 girls working in customer service (I didn’t get their names) tonight made my day. I had issues with color matching and getting the wrong colored paint and they went above and beyond to make it right. They were absolutely wonderful and understanding and took their time to help. Thank you girls for your kindness and hospitality, it really goes a long way.”
“Fantastic help they were very busy on the Saturday, but found time to do it right. I needed help finding something and they walked me right to it. Great sales on plants and potting soil too.”
“Great customer service and actual cashiers!! Thank you for taking care of your customers!! We were very happy to have found such friendly and helpful staff, clean store and good prices on what we needed.”
“They almost always have what we need. I've had a few issues over time and the employees have always gone above and beyond to help fix it. Only complaint, I wish the houseplant section was better. But hey nobody is perfect lol.”
“Needed a couple bolts for a project. Their Billy selection was huge and I had no idea where to begin. It took me about 25 mins to find the bolts I needed, but nobody came over to give me a hand. I didn't know what size it was or the thread pitch I needed. If somebody would've pointed out the jig with all the standard and metric bolts I would've been in and out in about 2 minutes. After my bolt adventure, the cashier was super friendly. I'll be back to get more stuff from here.”
“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had issues with a local distributor of flooring material (in the Pittsburgh area) that sent us 2 different shipments of faulty wood floors. Thankfully our installers caught it both times, but that put is in a bind and behind in our schedule. Allen at Baird Brothers was able to get us a better quality product for less than what the local distributor was charging for the bad orders, and it arrived in less than a week. At every turn this company was supportive, their pricing is competitive, they delivered (!) (the other distributor I had originally ordered from you had to pick up material at their warehouse) and the product is superior. Our installers have been impressed and I hope will recommend Baird to their future clients. The floors are being finished next week and I'll update with photos at that time. Here is the unfinished work, at least. The flush, in-floor registers are also from Baird Brothers. I look forward to buying new baseboard and trim in the future from them.”
