Purchased a new unit this week from Do-Cut. Jered from sales was very professional and easy to do buisness with. I would recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a new unit. After doing some pre-checks on the unit (which every consumer should do and every manual tells you to do) I discovered the hydro fluid was low from the factory. The guys in the service department were very nice and attentive to going over the unit to resolve this right away. Mower runs great overall very satisfied with my purchase.

Great sales and service departments. Purchased stihl br430 back pack blower and love it. All products are assembled and ready to use. Now to get that stihl 16" chainsaw they got on sale now.

The parts and service department is a nightmare to deal with. Always has an attitude when I call. Very disrespectful, Ive been hung up on cursed at. Bottom line these people will happily take your money sell you a nice tractor but the minute you try and use your "extended warranty" now your the enemy. I will never buy anything from here again. I ve got 2 more years on my warranty id rather junk it than call these people again.

The big white hair guy is a rude person to say it nicely. Told me the steering tires running crooked not lined up with the steering wheel crooked is normal. I took the mower for a ride and he jumped on another mower chasing me thought I was going to steel it or mow grass. The Husqvarna lawn tractor vibrated me to death. I have never seen a lawn tractor vibrate that bad.That salesman needs to change his attitude. I would never recommend anybody to go there.

We purchased a Honda Lawn Mower.from Do-Cut in Canfield, Ohio and they delivered it today.Do-Cut has a large inventory for lawn equipment to choose from. The sales people were really knowledgeable and helpful. I also really appreciated the delivery man, Ben. He went over the mower and explained everything that we needed to know about the mower especially long storage. So the final stage of the sale is the delivery and it was a huge benefit to learn how to care, run and store your mower for winter. Thanks Do-Cut

Sold me the wrong chain and then drive over 30 minutes back to find out they don't stock the chain needed. Beyond frustrating. Waste of 2 hours and the gas money. Ill be going elsewhere from now on.

I walked around, found the zero turn I wanted, the trimmer and blower but no one offered to help. I waited, walked around and walked out and thought I would call. Phil answered said please hold on and then I was hung up on. $4K sale down the tube.

Horrible service. Yesterday I came to Do Cut asking about a mower saying I’ll be back to pick it up tmrw (never mentioned I’d have to wait). I come to buy it this morning, they tell me I have to come back around 3:00, it’s not off the crate yet. Then I come back at 3:00 and they said “oh sorry, miscommunication I gotta get it off the crate and set it up real quick, it’ll be 20 mins.” I would’ve rather waited 20 mins earlier when I was here rather than driving home and coming back to wait again! Weren’t even busy. Terrible communication! After that all we got was a “sorry”

High Priced. Not Cordial, Usually a Sense of Barely Physically There. Did I mention Ridiculously Priced??The Trade Off for Specialty Store HomeTown Pricing is Acceptable when Atmosphere is Enjoyable, Questions are Answered Ect.These Guys didn’t get the Memo.I seldom write a Review but feel as if it’s well earned in this case.The One Star is for Location of Store to My Home. Lack of other 4 Stars is due to Attitude, Information, Communication and Inventory always Lacking. If they do have it, they still most times say they don’t, plan to go find it yourself and/or ask the Next Person you can catch running from the back to the other back. Then you’re gonna Really Pay For It.
