I went into Coventry Lighting to purchase outdoor lighting for my new backyard pergola/patio and replacement lighting for exterior house fixtures. I arrived shortly after they opened. There were two employees at the counter and one other person that I believed worked there. I was there for about 10 minutes looking at exterior lighting in the back area of the store. I walked past the counter to get there. At no time did anyone offer any help. I even was looking up at fans near the front desk and not a word was said to me. Of course I could have asked, but if they don't value me as a customer and come to me why would I spend money at their store.

Went in last week, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Rita (the owner!) has a GREAT selection. I was able to update my house without stress. I highly recommend this business to anyone!!

Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Stephanie. She was quick to mention that she has another job, and we had to work around her schedule. Complained about all the time she will have to spend helping us..... I thought that was the point of her employment, to help customers. We were not allowed to come in and see the lights we were paying for prior to them being installed, but they charge a 30% restocking fee if you returned anything.. Awful experience!
