“Maybe I'm just biased because hot roc has been my go-to store since the late 90s and early 2000s when one finally opened in my local mall. I've never had a bad experience at any hot topic location I've ever visited. The workers here at this store were super friendly, and even though they were busy, they took the time to help other customers when needed. I absolutely love their clearance racks. The only bad thing is that I don't live close enough to come in more often”

If I am shopping for other people I tell him what I am looking for and he returns with exactly what I need! If I am shopping for myself he is patient and helps me find outfits that work well with my body and make me feel confident. I never like to be bothered with the hassle of shopping but having a store and a staff I can count on makes the process not only easy but enjoyable. I will continue to do all my shopping there.”
