He has no business. Drove around canfield for hours with my car on a flat bed. Became very hostile when I told him I was running late and I had to pay him extra to stay in town and wait since there is no lot for storage.

Very rude. Won't use or recommend them. Bad attitude , no customer skills. Aggressive towards my wife and daughter until I showed up, then a whole different story.

I was stuck in a ditch and he came out pretty quickly and got me out in no time. I highly recommend his services! I was really worried my car was gonna get damaged because of the angle but he managed to get it out without a scratch.Service: Car towing

When I called to see if I could get towed and tried to explain my situation the guy that answered the phone cussed at me and hung up on me. He was very unprofessional. Don't call them for a tow.!!

Called this place too see if my road side assist was called the man who answered the phone very nasty and if don’t want the calls at 1 am then don’t be open 24 hours that’s common sense !

I tried to use him on Saturday 7/23 I was broke down on Berlin Lake bridge and we called him to get a tow he said nasty I don't think I want to go that far... it can't be 13 miles from him!! I wouldn't waste your time calling that company.

They arrived to tow my son's car, did not place the car in neutral, damaged the bumper. He asked them to stop. Mr. Rach came and aggressively approached my son and other kids with him, swearing at him for complaining about the service. This is all on video. Great service although it was 3 hours later but it was not his fault he was pulled into too many calls but he was so courteous and helpful
