Absolutely the worst storage unit with the worst hours and customer service. The passcode never works to get in and close at 4pm on weekdays and closed on the weekends so you’re out of luck to reach anyone and get help. Then you call Karen the next day, she hangs up on you and says she’s on a wait list anyways so she doesn’t care to lose your business. Classy... Do not recommend. Go to Buckeye Storage.

I was due a partial refund because I had came in the middle of the month, and did not use the unit as long as I expected.I did not have to even ask for the refund. I let them know when I was done with the unit and the check showed up in my mailbox as they promised. The woman at the front desk was very helpful in suggesting the perfect sized unit for my specific needs. I've used 2 other local storage facilities in the past and I found this place to be far more honest, and more accommodating.

In response to Gabriella DeLorenzo's review provided on 04/10/2019, I am very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our service. The pass-code automatically disables once customer accounts are delinquent, and you were late on submitting your rent payment both months that you called me off-hours to assist you in getting into the complex. The first time you called after-hours I left my home to meet you at the office and process your payment to let you in. The second time you called after-hours, I was unable to meet you right away because I was out of town. As all customer rental leases clearly state, it is important to make your monthly rental payments on time to ensure that your pass-code is enabled for entry. Most of our customers utilize automatic credit card processing to ensure that payments are made on time each month without interruption. In an effort to go above and beyond, I also credited your account for all late fees that were charged. We value all of our customers at A-1 Storage and are very sorry to have lost your business. We wish you nothing but the best going forward.
