“Had to let go of our 16 year old kitty which broke our hearts and the receptionist, technician and veterinarian were absolutely amazing! You could actually feel their compassion for us knowing how hard it was going to be to let go. From scheduling the appointment to the final end. They were so kind and caring. Gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye ?

“I don’t often leave reviews but was very impressed by how quickly, compassionately, and transparently the team handled our very sick cat. Unfortunately, there was nothing that could be done, but they got her looked at immediately upon arrival and helped get us quick information to make the inevitable decision. Everyone was so patient and kind. It doesn’t make the sadness go away, but my husband and I (and our sweet Wendy) felt very respected during a very difficult time. We will be returning if/when need for our other pets and recommending to others when in need.”
