Staff was very courtesy. Young gentleman who helped me send a fax this morning was very professional. In addition he assisted over 15 additional customers while I waited for my fax to go through.

I hate coming here to this location so much. Even when there is no actual line you’ll spend at least 10 minutes standing and waiting while the workers ignore you. The people who work here are not friendly and don’t work with any sort of speed to get things done. I wish there was any other option to drop off Amazon returns near me. Today the guy literally was on his phone instead of helping people. I wish Amazon would choose somewhere else for package returns.

This review is for both UPS and the UPS store. I shipped a package for $44 and 2 days after it arrived at destination my Paypal account was deducted another $23 for additional special handling for non-corrugated packaging. It was a window sash and was in a wooden box 44x22x3". Sanded smooth on all edges and corners. UPS store handled it and said nothing about the possibility of an additional charge. Paypal says large merchants like UPS have ability to go into my bank account / Paypal account and do this WITHOUT my additional authorization. Not small merchants like you or me only their LARGE merchant companies. The UPS store is who should be liable for any additional monies since they accepted it without warning me. What would happen if I had paid cash at the time? UPS would have no way to collect other than send a bill. UPS site does not mention requiring a cardboard box or this billing practice. Chargecard company said it would be unauthorized. Finally UPS did refund the charge 6 days later as a "courtesy" they said. UPS said the UPS stores are privately owned and UPS has no control over what they might overlook, yet the UPS store has their logo and charge exactly the UPS rates. Just a lot of finger pointing. No banking institute allows access to an account without permission of owner and UPS should not be allowed to do it based on a past transaction from a few days before. Pay cash at the store and I bet you don't get billed for these junk charges.

Great people, but don't grab my phone out of my hand to try to get the QR code to process. I don't think I'm the only one who is a tad bit uncomfortable with someone else handling thier phone. Ask me to adjust accordingly or simply ask whether or not it's okay to handle my phone. But don't just grab it.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The manager is kind and friendly and works hard right alongside her staff. The store is busy at times and I’ve never had a bad experience because of it. Keep up the good work!!
