Howard was super friendly, made conversation while he was working on the TV. In and out within an hour and TV looks better than when it was new.

I have to thank Howard for stepping up on my repair. LG had him fix my in warranty LG OLED when Thompson Electric bailed on the repair. They said they couldn't get a truck to transport. ????Anyhow, Howard called right away and confirmed the issues and agave a fair estimate of time for the parts to arrive. He called and gave me several available times to work around my schedule, which I appreciated. he called 20 minutes out as he said he would and was on time and courteous.I would definitely recommend and will use him on any other repairs going forward. Nice to see a professional service performed.

Howard communicated well from the initial call back to the day of the repair. He replaced my LG OLED panel in about an hour. You could tell he had done this many times before, and he took the time to answer all of my questions. Very professional and friendly.

I’ve had two TV’s with failed mother boards fixed here no issues. One was a house visit and the other was a drop off. House visits cost a bit more but I live 30 minutes away and at the time had a newborn so it was incredibly more convenient.

Our TV (JVC) was less than 6 months old. I called (on hold 1 1/2 hours) the manufacturer, they placed a repair order with the TV shop. Howard was amazing. Unfortunately he wasn't able to get the parts needed for the repair (not available through the manufacturer). He made sure to get me all the necessary information to get a replacement. It was a long drawn out process with JVC from the beginning. Howard also made sure to reach out to his contact at JVC to be sure I didn't get the hassle we both expected. I cannot express the amazing customer service I received. He also told me next time we get a TV to choose LG or Panasonic. They put customer service above all else. After 5 weeks without a TV I finally got an email (last week) that said they were sending me a refund check in and expect to receive it in 7-10 business days. More Waiting.....

I was referred to TV Shop through the warranty on my LG TV. After dealing with another company prior, dragging their feet I asked for the change and I’m glad I did. The moment my work order got submitted the owner was in contact with me. My only frustrations came from dealing with LG customer service. From parts being delayed or discontinued to finding other parts to make up the one part we needed. Once everything got figured out, It was hard to get a day off to have him come out to service the tv so I was able to take it to him and get it fixed in less than 2 hours. His calls were prompt his work was great.

I contacted The TV Shop reluctantly because of the bad reviews but there are so few TV repair shops I thought I would give it a chance. My 2 year old Samsung picture went out suddenly and since it was only 2 years old and a large 60" TV I thought I would try to get it fixed rather than spend $1,000 on a new one. I called and left a phone message and received a call back that day. An appointment was made for 2 days later and the technician diagnosed a problem with the LED panel. He gave me an estimate for the repair which was very reasonable and after ordered the part which took a couple days to receive, he came back (At no extra charge) and picked up the TV, repaired it and I had it back 2 days later and it is working good as new! Very pleased with the service, knowledge and professionalism of The TV Shop and would recommend to others.

My initial impression of the TV Shop owner led me to believe that his servicing my TV would be a pleasurable experience. He appeared friendly as he was writing down my personal information and logging my ticket. After a brief chat about the weather he let me know he would get to my TV by Friday or Monday at the latest. I expected his call as promised, but when Tuesday came I called him back and was told by his assistant that I was incorrect in saying he would have gotten back to me that soon. I kindly insisted that that is what he said, but assured her I had no problem waiting to hear back from him if it took a little longer. That was a huge mistake. He finally called me back on Friday of that week and told me he didn't have time to look at my TV. This was on November 10. He finally called me back the following week, but left me a poorly worded message devoid of any detail about what kind of repair my TV needed. I called him back three times to get more information about what kind of repair was needed, and each time his assistant said he would call me back. He never never did. Finally he called me on Friday November 17th to explain that my TV needed a new power supply. He said he would order the part, but since the following week was Thanksgiving he probably would not get the part until the week of November 27.I heard nothing from him the week of the 27th, so I followed up again on December 4th and his assistant took a message. I heard nothing from him and I called back on Friday only to have his assistant tell me he had to order another part. He finally called me back the following week and told me he had to order additional parts because my backlight was not working. I told him I understood and asked him to call me when the new part came in. I never heard back from him until January 23 after I had called his shop five times with no return call after his assistant assured he would call me back. With my final call I advised his assistant that if I did not hear back from him within a day, I would have to contact the police. He called back approximately 15 minutes later and left a very nasty message and explained to me he would not fix my TV and that he could find any parts, so I would just have to pick it up. No apology. No acknowledgment that it had taken him over two months to realize he could not repair my TV. I received nothing from him but rude and sarcastic message. When I picked up my TV I asked him to plug it in to ensure that it was still working as it had before, but the TV would not even turn on. He then became belligerent and demanded I leave after throwing an invoice in my face. So not only did he fail to fix my TV, he made it even worse since now it will not even turn on. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a so-called business owner. He should be avoided at all costs.

Absolute worst experience of my life. Not only did he not fix my TV, he completely broke it! When I dropped it off it took him three weeks to tell me what was wrong with it. Then he changed his mind and said it was something else a week later. In all, he kept my TV for two months before I demanded it back after telling him I will call the police. When I picked up the TV it would no longer power on. I dropped it off because the screen was dim, and now it will not even turn on. No apology from the owner. He seemingly knew he made it worse and he demanded I leave after refusing to explain or return my deposit. Horrible, horrible experience!

I scheduled an appointment through Samsung for an appliance repair. Howard from the TV Shop called me to move the time of the service call. I was not available for the time change offered. He then became very abusive to me on the telephone griping about Samsung. He then said my appointment was cancelled and he abruptly hung up on me. I had to call Samsung to reschedule and request a firm with better customer courtesy.

Tried 3x to drop off a flat screen tv for repair. Thank gaud I called first. No one was there during designated drop off hours. :0(
