THE WORST PLACE TO BUY VAPES!!! Staff is so rude and everything is over priced. When I was checking out I was told to open my vape and make sure it works in the store and if it doesn’t work, then they would replace it. Well I opened the vape and tried to hit it and nothing. I couldn’t get it to work AT ALL. So I told him about the issue and that I needed to replace it and he said he wasn’t going to do that. Didn’t give me a reason or anything and was very rude about the entire situation. Straight lied to my face and wouldn’t make it right. They’re just money hungry LIARS!!!!!

I buy my cigarettes there and they always have them. Lots of places no longer carry them or run out of them all the time which is frustrating. I can count on this store to have what I want to buy when I want to buy it. They are always very friendly and welcoming and get my transaction done quickly. I highly recommend them to anyone who smokes it's so much better than waiting in line at gas station stores or kiosks. My cigarettes are expensive but I don't think that's the stores fault as they are expensive everywhere I have been.

You have most definitely made myself and many other people loyal customers to Save n Smoke. Thank you for having the lowest prices in or around Columbus, OH. I really appreciate that I am never made to feel "rushed" when trying to make a decision on what to purchase like most other Smoke Shops tend to do. (:
