“Went in to check out a new phone, and Trent was so incredibly helpful! He explained the difference between the models and had the one I wanted in stock that was fully charged, he explained the process as he breezed through everything. All contacts and apps successfully transferred. The whole time, incredibly professional and friendly. This is not the only time I have been into this store, and every time I have gone in every person who has been there has been helpful and knowledgeable. Today it was Trent, and he was wonderful! I went home not only with a brand new phone, but also a new Internet gateway that works better than the one I had before, and he set everything up so when I got home, all I had to do was plug it in!
