Store's a dumpster fire. There's never a time where it's not busy yet they only have one cashier meanwhile their self checkouts like to freeze and not function. Stop being greedy and hire more staff. It's about as stressful and annoying as going to the Walmart across the street. Usually I just drive the extra distance to the Pickerington Kroger where it's actually civilized.

This Krogers is the worst! The employees buy out the Pokemon vending machine at 5:45 am before open so that no one else can get any. It is honestly sad and pathetic and I hope the machine gets taken out of this store asap

My issue here is with the baggers. I specifically load my groceries up on the belt separating toxic chemicals, like cleaning products from the food such as fresh chicken or ground beef. I go there this morning and the bagger puts chicken with Clorox my lunch meat with Clorox cleaning products Where is the common sense?

Marie switched completely different checkout lanes when I went to look for something a couple of aisles down. I will never be coming to this location again, as someone who has been a cashier before I have NEVER just up and switched without even scanning a customer solely bc they had to grab something.

the pickup service is phenomenonal ! they are so quick and always have orders out quickly!! ive never had any problems with getting what i ordered and they are so friendly when giving your order!!! but when i go in the store the dairy lady is mean and i think she should be fired.

Enough staff standing around talking but have empty shelves and no cashiers. Closed the deil at 3pm but can have two associates stand around and wipe down the glass. No precut lunch meat. Store continues to go down hill. Will be driving the extra 10 minutes to pickerington to have a decent selection of produce and other grocery items. Along with getting good customer service.

Took 3 different trips accidentally buying expired food that now I have to check everything I want to buy. They had cake mix out for sale that expired TWO years ago. Luckily they have no problem replacing it, but it’s incredibly inconvenient to have to go back to the store because they sell expired food.

I shopped at this Krogers in Canal Winchester 10/25/24 when I went through the line to check out there was 3 young people working a cashier and 2 bagging they was playing around and one of the baggers dropped a 2 liter of MT.Dew it hit my shin it hurt very bad mean while the lady from the service desk came to tell the young cashier she could take her break and found it funny that the 2 liter hit me as well as the 3 young workers I cussed 🤬 and called the main Krogers to complain they wanted to issue $15.00 dollars to my account I said at this time no because I wasn't sure if I was going to the ER it was swollen and bruises already so it started feeling better in a few days I thought the store manager would reach out they never did so I had called because the cashier that night when this happened didn't take my coupon off so I called about that so the other day I called the complaint department back spoke with a supervisor and said I would take the $15.00 and now they don't want to issue that either do you think they should or should I call a attorney over this matter ? I'm NOT ever going to spend another penny with Krogers again nor any of my family members .

Whatever employee you have working in the meat dept was rude and ignored us while he played on his phone for 15minutes. Slammed his phone down on the table when I asked for him the 2nd time if he could grab a ribeye for me. I understand people Hate their jobs but when you work in customer service you can at least act happy . Wont purchase from there if we see him behind the counter again.
