We just got charged $185 on a $29 order placed for delivery on the app. Why would the app even let the shopper go that much over? We won't be using it again. I would recommend not using the delivery portion until they can cap how much a shopper can steal.Update: after speaking to Kroger, we will have to wait 7-10 days for the "standard refund time" and would not transfer us to anyone else, insisting this is the best they can do. It appears this happens often enough that they have standard operating procedures for it and refuse to help. They then ended the call after we asked again to speak to someone else.

The lady with the blueish purplish hair was lazy & rude. I brought the plastic bottle stand that sits on the shelf when the bottles are held upfront or in the back(due to pricing and the theft of the product ). Then she says immediately says " this isn't for sale " as if I were trying to buy a piece of plastic with a sticker on it. Anyways, I tell her that I want that bottle from the back and she proceeds to tell me " we don't have it in the back" mind you she didn't look, didn't get a product check or anything just asked the lady that was super busy wether they had them or not. Like make it make sense. Then she was being rude shaking her head bc I asked her " are you sure " like are you sure bc you're lazy and didn't even try to check for it. Regardless she needs to be retrained on service . Customer service, first we say hi how are you guys doing today. Instead of ID . Just to not have the bottle. It's giving lazy and needs a new job ! So get it together.

I don't understand what the lines are so long a lot of the time. I am going to have my prescriptions transfered because a the wait and mediocre service. Already stopped shopping at this store stayed with pharmacy for convenience but no more!

Rude, slovenly, unprofessional staff conduct. Dropped calls, never fill on time; do yourself a favor & go somewhere else, I'm about to. ZERO stars. This has been going on for years, not a one-off issue.

Time and date of post; 7:45 p.m. on 9/8/22.My doctor called my prescription in at 5:30 p.m.; I went to pick it up at 7:30... waited in line for 15 minutes (which is fine) but after the pharmacy professional with the blue star sticker on her face; clowning around with her co-workers like it was study hall in high school; informed me my prescription wasn't ready and that she got off work in 10 minutes and I'd have to wait till the next day to pick it up; but it would be ready first thing in the morning... that is ridiculous!Some of these medications are life saving... My blood pressure was really high (stroke high) and I'm sorry if my medical condition was interfering with her social time... But come on... If this professional wanted to joke around like she's in high school ; go work fast food where the demand for her attention is lower and it doesn't directly affect someone's health.This was my first experience with the Canal Winchester Kroger's pharmacy ; it will definitely be my last. I've been a loyal customer for years with the Kroger's pharmacy in Chillicothe where they're a lot more devoted to their clients well being. I will be switching pharmacys today.If I could rate my experience wthe Canal location with zero stars; I would.Time and date of updated post; 8:45 a.m. on 9/9/22;Sooooo.... I just called the pharmacy 45 minutes into their shift and was told that my prescription wouldn't be ready for a couple of hours; so much for the promise of first thing in the morning! I guess I didn't account for their morning Starbucks morning social break.

If I could leave no stars, I would. Horrible customer service. Long line, with employees there. When I asked why others couldn't help I was told that was a "corporate" decision. The kroger pharmacy in Logan ohio, awesome. This one, the employees are rude. Walgreens, Walmart are close, go elsewhere for your pharmacy needs.Says a lot there are many other reviews with one star. This pharmacy is seriously horrible

With GoodRx Gold, the prices cost much less than with my insurance coverage (and I have no deductible with it to worry about). And there’s always something I need to pick up @ the grocery anyways, and the people are friendly, and the store is nice.***All of the foregoing about prices being the best here at Kroger are no longer true. The company is no longer participating in GoodRx, hence the prices are outrageous. And Kroger no longer gets my foot traffic of groceries while I’m there. This was a big mistake on Kroger’s part, I believe. Nevertheless, for me, I have no need to shop here anymore b/c of their decision not to accept GoodRx.
