The staff went over and above to try to get the deal to where I needed it to be but in the end we were unable to get there. However, I really appreciated their efforts and honesty. I would definitely go back there in the future.

Starting in January I took my 2016 Silverado to Jeff Wyler to be fixed because the check engine light kept coming on. Found out it was a back fire on cylinder 8. Eventually Jeff Wyler had to keep the truck because they had to order a new head for the engine. Well that started in (according to them) 1/28/2022. By March 25 2022 they still have not gotten the engine head. It came down to me needing a car by than so I can get back and forth to work. This whole time I have asked them the get me a rental car until they could fix my truck. They refused to give me one and the vehicle I was using I had to give back. So back into a corner I had to trade my truck to get a vehicle so I was able to get back to work. This happened on March 25 2022 they had my former truck fixed by Monday March 27 2022. I know because they called to verify my warranty company. No need to do that unless you are fixing the truck. I went back on April 2 2022 to get something that I had left in the vehicle and it was gone. They took it instead of returning what was important to me and that is when I found out or rather realized they have my truck already out to be sold. Silverado's are one of the hottest trucks on the market and they held my truck until I had no choice but to give it up so I could get back and forth to work. It took me years to finally get the blue truck I have been longing for and it took them 3 months to get it from me. All I wanted was my truck back and they would not fix it. I called almost every week for updates only to be told they do not have it in. Finally getting to my job became an issue and I had no choice but to get another vehicle. Had no money to start renting a car and would not have had it to rent it for the three month they had the truck. I only had 27 thousand and some change left now I have 39 thousand and some change to pay. They also kept what I left by accident inside one of the glove compartments. Spoke on the phone was told interest free finance is available on second hand cars. Drove 40 minutes to see the car only to be told by someone else that it’s not possible on second hand cars.Had a ‘salesman’ with glasses and funny looking hair (not sure of his name) was on his mobile phone the whole time and barely gave us any information.I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Horrible new car experience….First new car I ever purchased, I do not recommend this dealer. I bought a 2020 TRAX when it was new. The first time I broke down was at 12,000 miles, they had my car for 3 days they did not fix it or provide me a rental due to it being a computer issue and their technicians not being able to locate the problem at the time. It only took me breaking down two more times for them to bat an eye at the problem. My two young children were in the vehicle with me the second AND third time it broke down. I notified the dealer every time the car broke down and they did nothing. After the THIRD break down they finally figure it out was the brake sensor module. So at any time me and my kids could’ve crashed and died on the freeway and they couldn’t care less, they basically fixed it and said here you go no harm no foul, I don’t feel safe in the vehicle that I am now stuck with it, I don’t feel like my kids are safe and they won’t work with me to put me in something new, I’m currently driving a faulty vehicle and I couldn’t be more disappointed with the service I got from Jeff Wyler. Absolute nightmare of an experience.

The worse service experience ever. It took them 2 months to replace one part on my car. I'm definitely taking my business completely somewhere else. Take me off the mailing list. There is absolutely nothing they could offer me to EVER come back.ABSOLUTELY DONE!!!!!!

No point in making an appointment for an oil change as they will take other walk-ins before your scheduled time. Told me would take an hour for an oil change and I was there for 2. Didn’t make a meeting because they took other cars ahead of me. Thanks for the awesome lack of professionalism!! ??

I signed a bad deal with this dealership I just think it was very shady for them to even sell a car in that type of condition with that contract but I can only blame myself for thats decision. So far as service is ok but the service department need to get more organize with each and every client.. After today if I didn’t tell the adviser I had 3 free oil changes for certain amount of time I would of been charged if I didnt tell HER to look it up the system. I also would of been charged for something very obvious that was broke which was the wind shield wiper / motor but she still insisted it would be $180 for them to look at it.... this whole thing is just a con for them to make money... I also think the mechanic/maintenance person messed up oil pan engine in my car and just added it to my bill like it was already messed up. VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED. The other problems of the car I was aware which I am not mad at but the new things I am VERY UPSET.

The worst place I’ve ever dealt with. Never buy a car here or have your vehicle serviced! Completely new employees every six months it seems and every time I go in they act like I’m a new customer and try and charge for work they supposedly fixed once already again. Then charge me for an oil change that was supposed to be free when I bought the car. By far worst all around place I’ve ever dealt with snd feels more like a con every time I go than like a welcoming family type dealership that takes care of its supposedly valued customers!??

This feels like the classic "bait and switch" BS you expect from a dealership. After doing an "e-check in" where the price of service I wanted was shown as $217, the actual price came to $330. For an oil change. I will surely be looking for more convenient/economical alternatives. I probably pass a half dozen other Ram dealerships to get here. Bet that doesn't happen again.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. I bought a brand new 2021 Chevy Tahoe High Country and not only has the vehicle itself been a problem...the customer service here is the WORST that I have ever dealt with. After having my car for almost 8 weeks for the back up camera being broken, they COMPLETELY tore my car apart and then returned it to me with pieces loose, and wiring not even hooked back up correctly. Now, less than 6 weeks later and my car is having the same issue. I call multiple managers, leave multiple voicemails and emails and I am lucky to have anyone call me back. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.
